The product itself is ok, but it took several months from ordering to delivery.
Perfect customer service but very long delivery time and gift wrapping to review for a service I paid for!
Ordered paint specifically as the web site (and my order details) stated it was in stock. Two weeks after order I enquired about the delay, an update was told 1001Hobbies was still getting some paint from their supplier (I.e. not “in stock”). Three weeks after order I requested a refund as there was no progress, but was told that a refund was not possible as my order was now being compiled. Order was finally delivered more than 4 weeks after the order was made (and after I had given up waiting and purchased the paint from elsewhere.). I was not impressed!

Product was poorly packaged and one item was damaged. It appeared to be damaged before it was shipped. They nevered offered to refund anything but a small $14 shipping fee. Pretty sad
Shipping costs 5 euros higher than elsewhere .
I liked the product but this was a gift and came in a box with a picture of the item on the outside. My wife came home before me and saw the box. I was really frustrated by this. The product was fine. Really nice, in fact. But I didn't get the option to select that it was a gift and I assumed it would come in a normal brown box. This was pretty disappointing.

Website is fine but aftersale is not good. Bought airbrush that did not work properly. But they could not do anything for me because the airbrush was used once and then the article could not be returned.Strange because you have to try such an article once to find out that the product does not function properly. I have now just ordered new parts elsewhere at my own expense. I don't think I will be buying anything here anytime soon, too bad because they have quite a lot of items.
The problem is that I like all the models you have, to charge fast, but it's been almost two months and I have not received the order yet, when it will arrive, I will not even want to do it, for this reason I will avoid buying any more product, and disengage the delivery once delivered to the carrier.
Hello, I received my package, but the order is not correct. I had ordered a 1/10 short race body, and I received a much smaller scale body.

Nothing was missing, but the plastic inside the box was broken. As if it had been opened before.
The items are advertised as being in stock, at the supplier's, yes, but not at 1001 hobbies, resulting in a rather long lead time, which is a shame, as is the case with many companies.
Thank you for your promptness ....Mais the parcel was smashed fortunately there was a vial without importance otherwise I believe that this parcel would not have arrived at destination....and especially that the size of the box for the small order was disproportionate.....
I'm always a little worried when I have to order from an unfamiliar website. However, there was no mistake.
AM happy with the product and price, thought shipping was a bit steep and it took 3 to 4 weeks to receive the product. Will consider the company for other products they may have available that fit my needs but the extreme length of time to receive the product is definitely a detriment. Also I can not change the five star rating on this form, I would say three stars is more appropriate. Oops i just figured out how to change the rating to 3 stars.... but that should h=not have taken me 5 to 10 minutes to do so.
First experience with hobbies, satisfied because I received requested item. Less satisfied because of the time about two months and several reminders.

Very long delivery
One of the products I ordered was not listed as out of stock but turned to be out of stock anyway. I wanted to decline the order of the second product since it is useless to have without the one that was out of stock. I mailed the service team with this request and to ask for a refund but received no response and the second product was sent to me anyway which I have no use for. Very dissapointing!

The whole process was very complicated. You should keep a closer eye on incoming payments and cancelations. Too bad. Your selection is great, but the logistics are very poor, and the reminder for orders that have long since been paid for is also bad. It's cheeky and annoying. It's unnecessary. That's how you lose customers.
Corrective to the order reception section!!!!! I had to complain, because it had not been shipped!!!! The product is fine, as offered!!!!

Order placed on December 9, 2022, received on March 10, 2023, i.e. 3 MONTHS and 1 day, nothing to add.
Took 7 days to arrive and 1 of the 2 items should have arrived with my original €100+ order but "wasn't available" even though it was. And because 1001Hobbies doesn't give refunds but vouchers to use in their store I had to order it again (or waste my €23 voucher) plus pay an extra €7,50 in shipping just to get the 2 item(s) they should have sent me the first time. Tip to those wanting to order from this store: Only order things that are "immediately available" because the "1-2 weeks depot" is not correct. Check my other review for more info.

I had ordered over €100 worth of items with 2 items stated to be available at the depot and that these would arrive within 1-2 weeks. I had no problem with that and was happy to wait 1-2 weeks. However, after 2 weeks had already passed I still had received no confirmation or shipping email. After contacting 1001hobbies.com I received no answer. Sending another message to the ticket finally prompted a response where they stated "The available products will be shipped in a first time. In a second time, you will receive:" with images of the two missing items. So I assumed that I would simply receive 2 packages. However, then I suddenly saw a second separate email stating that "A credit note has been created in your name for your order with reference XXXXXXX" After checking my account, I saw that this "credit" was just a voucher for the specified amount so they did not credit anything (normally companies will refund the money to your bank account). Instead they just gave me a voucher code; effectively forcing me to buy from them again. When checking for alternative items on their website (as the voucher was for €23,98) I was surprised to see that 1 of the items that was supposedly unavailable when I first placed my order was fully in stock; so effectively they gave me a voucher and forced me to buy the same item again but this time with €7,50 in added shipping costs. So yeah, while I did receive the other items I find this very unprofessional; especially handing out voucher codes instead of actually refunding the money. Also, they apparently did not answer (or understand) all my questions. I even sent my second message in 3 different languages (Dutch/English/French) as the company is located in France yet still they did not answer my second question about 2 other vouchers that were in my account but had no voucher codes attached to them. One was "1001prime - signup" for 4% discount while the other was called "1001prime - freeshipping" where you wouldn't have to pay shipping if you spent more than €59 (instead of their standard free shipping on orders over €100). So yeah, while I am happy with my items (I have yet to receive the second package though); they do not answer tickets properly, don't know what they have in stock, and offer solutions that only cost me more money in the end. So if you plan on buying something, I would suggest to only order things that are "immediately available" because the "1-2 weeks" is not correct.
I placed an order for things in stock and the next day they tell me they don't have everything. Three weeks later they are missing something else. Communication full of errors, confusing, they take a day to respond, the order arrived a month after the purchase and things were missing. I cannot recommend buying from this store. Not at all satisfied with the purchase and will not buy again if I have another option.
Some good, some not so good... An order took a long time to be honored, and the supplier was missing a product. So be it, but no customer contact to propose an alternative. After a phone call after 5 weeks, a compromise was quickly found and the order received 48 hours later. It's a shame not to contact the customer sooner in case of a problem.

This product was for immediate shipment and has taken 3 weeks to arrive, it has also had to be separated from the original order, with two other products for immediate shipment and which have not yet arrived.

It took a long time for the order to arrive, even though it was just a pair of socks and the shipping price was expensive.
Expensive shipping and slow delivery
I have ordered and paid in advance for 2 key fobs (F 14 Tomcat), comes only one and Andre goods with the ordered, all where else, very bad ...!!!!
