I have placed several orders with them all received quickly and with proper packaging (since they are plastic models, packaging is critical). The only time I had to wait was because I had not checked the availability of a paint bottle added at the last minute to make a round figure and this delayed the shipment while waiting for replenishment, but looking .at the site the reason for the wait was clearly stated.
