The model meets the expectations, but my assessment is in attention to what happened in its shipment, it was delayed more than a month over the scheduled date and in that time the price of the same in the catalog decreased by 25% (not in offers or discounts), after commenting it to the company proceeded to make a payment for the difference.

We have received the first parcel but have been debited twice for a parcel supposedly already delivered on August 17 or 18, 2022 but not arrived Reason for the double debit: a bug at the time of payment which was displayed invalid, which created a second phantom order Would it be possible to refund the 49, xx euros debited for this phantom parcel?

It's a pity that my last parcel took so long to be delivered. What's more, the parcel was completely ripped off.

I'm delighted with the carpet, but there's just one problem with the delivery: it's just bubble wrap around the box, which isn't very discreet and could encourage theft by a delivery driver who might be interested in the parcel.
