I would never wish for such a business practice. The ordered goods were shown as being in stock. After a short time I received a shipping notification. But the order did not arrive even after a month. When I made an inquiry, I received a message for a credit note because one item was not available. I then canceled the order, as both items are required for this model! I then received another message saying that my order was in progress. Once again, I canceled this order. What comes again? I placed an order on 12/5 for a Christmas gift. Having received no status updates, I called the following week and left a voice mail. Having still received no response, I emailed on 12/22 and finally heard on 12/23 that my order was awaiting delivery, but instead I was going to be reimbursed (no other option was offered). I was in fact reimbursed on 1/16, but that was obviously of no use to me in purchasing the Christmas gift and I wound up having to find another hobby shop.
