Stock item ready for immediate shipment took 1.5 weeks. Packaging of the model was torn and taped. From the manufacturer it comes normally shrink-wrapped.
Six days from the order to send the order, total 18 days to receive. two items one of them wrong and the solution they give is that the customer send the wrong item and then they will send the correct one, this is how they treat customers. Never again with them.
I'm still waiting for my order, originally it was for Christmas when I ordered, there was one copy left when I validated my order everything was good and a few days later I'm told that there is a stock shortage ?????? I'm offered a credit note, but as it is certain that I will never recommend this site I refuse it.
I placed an order on 12/5 for a Christmas gift. Having received no status updates, I called the following week and left a voice mail. Having still received no response, I emailed on 12/22 and finally heard on 12/23 that my order was awaiting delivery, but instead I was going to be reimbursed (no other option was offered). I was in fact reimbursed on 1/16, but that was obviously of no use to me in purchasing the Christmas gift and I wound up having to find another hobby shop.
Order placed on 04/11/21 with three items in stock after a week an email informs me that the product is in reorder so not in stock as indicated after a month without news I ask by mail where my order is answer product will not be restocked I am offered either a refund or a credit or take another product with a small discount which I do by looking that it is in stock product with a small discount, which I did, checking that it was in stock, I was told by e-mail that the order would be dispatched on December 23 at the beginning of January and with no news, I sent another e-mail to find out the answer: we're waiting for the supplier to deliver the product, so it wasn't in stock, and I was told that the order would be dispatched on January 17, on january 12 an e-mail from collisimo informs me that my parcel will be delivered on january 14 but not an e-mail from 1001 hobbies so two months to obtain an order no information for the customer and the products are not in stock as indicated and much more expensive than the competitors this is not serious as an indication it was my first order on this site but also the last Patrick
As I never received the order and they couldn't give me any tracking information, I'm stuck with the loss because I can't make an inquiry without this information. Very poor service!
I still haven't received my order.
Say items in stock but aren't. No reply that it's out of stock after waiting a month. Canceled my order and there saying 14 days for refund. Would not recommend
I placed an order in November for Christmas and I am still waiting for January 25, 2022.
Now 4 weeks still ger. Order because 1 of the items was not available and probably never again they are waiting until next year or so after several times expressed via email that I want to cancel the order no response really a shitty company
They let me order a product that was out of stock then only offered store credit. Had to demand a refund.
Still nothing received and did pay..... Looks a bit like fraud.....
Items advertised as available at time of order and then out of stock. Do not keep informed. Not very responsive to emails. When the order finally arrived, one item was missing. I had to file a claim to get a reply telling me I would be reimbursed because the item was unavailable. If I hadn't complained, I wonder if I would have had a refund, which to this day hasn't happened! They were gifts for Christmas... I will never order from this site again.
I have NOT received my order yet and it has been a month since it was shipped, when will it arrive? I have sent emails asking for an explanation, replied despite this survey and no one has contacted me Can you give me an explanation Thank you.

Not a very serious company.
No communication during order process, nobody returning emails whilst trying to contact customer services. Be careful of measurements for things on the site aswel as I bought the wife a purse after reading the measurements and it ended up been a good 3cm bigger than stated.
My set never arrived, I am now really disappointed in this store
Order made on 5/01 and still not received. The site does not respond to email or phone. This is my first order and certainly my last.
I ordered 11 jars of model paint, paid and received only 2 jars!!! After trying to get in touch on the phone with the lines still busy, I sent an e-mail to which I hope to get an answer...
My shipment was lost and after 8 messages and 45 days they have informed me that they will refund my money.

I placed an order, which I have received, only to discover that I was debited 3 times, for the same order. My bank is sorting this out but because of this experience I very much doubt that I will be placing a order again with you.
Disastrous an order which on the site is announced delivered in the 15/20 day and as soon as one goes to see the site 10/15day for later the product is shifted of as many day result the gift which I was to make was not received with temp, one said to me that finally the product would never arrive at the store or in X months (there were two games dungeon dragon) I had to cancel my order.... Very disappointed
Not at all satisfied. You place the order, they don't inform you that they don't have it in stock, you pay 13€ for shipping and it takes 30 days for the package to arrive. What a pity.

I did not receive my order in full on January 10, 2022. On January 14, 2022, I made a sworn statement that I had not received my order in full. I also enclosed a copy of my order, specifying the missing products. To date, Friday 21 January 2022, I have still not received all my products. As a 1001 HOBBIES customer, this is the first time this has happened. I hope to receive the remainder of my order very soon.

Two things pre-ordered. One for the beginning of December, the other for August this year. When the first item was marked as available in the store and nothing happened, I sent a support request asking if the goods would only be delivered when the second item was also available. I got the answer that they were sorry, the first item was no longer available. Six weeks later, it is still in the store as immediately available. At least the cancellation of the order went smoothly, even if it took a long time.
Fast delivery in 48H, it's been more than 10 days since I ordered for the first time from them and unfortunately nothing received, the payment was debited in 48H however, big disappointment.
Order dated November 21 still undelivered and no response to my requests.
I placed an order in December, which said that it would be at home in 6-7 days and after spending those days waiting for a month, in the end I gave up waiting because they do not even know when it will arrive. I am waiting for a refund

The order was not placed on the 17th but on the 7th, and was not processed until the 17th.
