The shipping costs are high and the time too long.
Product received with detached parts (detached wheels). I had to cancel the payment card since it was linked to the shipment a fee to be paid by mail to receive the product.... in the post office to pick up the product I was notified of the non-existence of such tas.
It wasn't clear that something was out of stock. So I would order, end up waiting a month, then have to ask for a credit. Happened twice on the same original order. In fact, I don't think I have ever received the masks for the Revell Wiking seaplane. Frustrating. Plus, the turn around for email requests is several days.

The order did not arrive complete, the missing product was shipped much later than expected.
Missing the black color but 2 pots of yellow? many parts twisted because the plates are loose and not separated from 1carton or other I point out that there is no yellow apart from the headlight tube of glue too small.
Good product, reasonable delivery time, but shipping costs were almost 2x the value of the item. It would be nice if regular postal services were used for printing: sending 1 set of decals this way is now costly AND environmentally polluting....

Ordered paint specifically as the web site (and my order details) stated it was in stock. Two weeks after order I enquired about the delay, an update was told 1001Hobbies was still getting some paint from their supplier (I.e. not “in stock”). Three weeks after order I requested a refund as there was no progress, but was told that a refund was not possible as my order was now being compiled. Order was finally delivered more than 4 weeks after the order was made (and after I had given up waiting and purchased the paint from elsewhere.). I was not impressed!

Product was poorly packaged and one item was damaged. It appeared to be damaged before it was shipped. They nevered offered to refund anything but a small $14 shipping fee. Pretty sad

I liked the product but this was a gift and came in a box with a picture of the item on the outside. My wife came home before me and saw the box. I was really frustrated by this. The product was fine. Really nice, in fact. But I didn't get the option to select that it was a gift and I assumed it would come in a normal brown box. This was pretty disappointing.

Website is fine but aftersale is not good. Bought airbrush that did not work properly. But they could not do anything for me because the airbrush was used once and then the article could not be returned.Strange because you have to try such an article once to find out that the product does not function properly. I have now just ordered new parts elsewhere at my own expense. I don't think I will be buying anything here anytime soon, too bad because they have quite a lot of items.
The problem is that I like all the models you have, to charge fast, but it's been almost two months and I have not received the order yet, when it will arrive, I will not even want to do it, for this reason I will avoid buying any more product, and disengage the delivery once delivered to the carrier.
Hello, I received my package, but the order is not correct. I had ordered a 1/10 short race body, and I received a much smaller scale body.

The items are advertised as being in stock, at the supplier's, yes, but not at 1001 hobbies, resulting in a rather long lead time, which is a shame, as is the case with many companies.
Thank you for your promptness ....Mais the parcel was smashed fortunately there was a vial without importance otherwise I believe that this parcel would not have arrived at destination....and especially that the size of the box for the small order was disproportionate.....
I'm always a little worried when I have to order from an unfamiliar website. However, there was no mistake.
AM happy with the product and price, thought shipping was a bit steep and it took 3 to 4 weeks to receive the product. Will consider the company for other products they may have available that fit my needs but the extreme length of time to receive the product is definitely a detriment. Also I can not change the five star rating on this form, I would say three stars is more appropriate. Oops i just figured out how to change the rating to 3 stars.... but that should h=not have taken me 5 to 10 minutes to do so.
First experience with hobbies, satisfied because I received requested item. Less satisfied because of the time about two months and several reminders.

Very long delivery
One of the products I ordered was not listed as out of stock but turned to be out of stock anyway. I wanted to decline the order of the second product since it is useless to have without the one that was out of stock. I mailed the service team with this request and to ask for a refund but received no response and the second product was sent to me anyway which I have no use for. Very dissapointing!
Some delay on the order. Problem of stock! The next one will be better !!!
