I'm still waiting for my order
Order never arrived had to ask for a refund disappointed and disgusted
One month after my order, I still haven't received anything... And from what I've read on the web, 1001hobbies.fr is no stranger to this... And of course, there's no way of contacting them directly.
Enormous delays in delivery with no real explanation or follow-up
Order placed, never processed, but my account was debited. Promised I would receive it, never did. Disappointed
1 month to deliver a Christmas gift. Delivery method changed without updating address. Changed the item ordered, then finally received the item ordered. Incomprehensible meli melo in the e-mails received. Never seen such a poorly organized company.
Very disappointed this is the second order in less than a year and it's the second time we don't receive our parcels in time, the first time 3 weeks and now we're already at almost 1 month, it was just a gift for my son for Christmas, ordered on 14/12 and to this day still not received ;(
Ordered 150 euros twice. Both times had neat updates of the order including shipping codes from postnl/dhl. Unfortunately no shipments appeared on sent and did not receive. Sent mails to supplier without any response. Either it's a scam or it's a company that has a lot to improve. In both cases a must

Order still not ready, impossible to cancel easily on the site to receive only available products. A real disaster of ergonomics.....
I ordered an advent calendar for my son. It was sent quickly but lost by the courier. No word, no message, no apology. On december 24th, they offered to send me a new one .... How kind !!!!!!
Order never received, lousy customer service
I never received the parcel and was forced to find the games elsewhere. I was reimbursed, though, slowly but surely.
Almost 2 months ago I ordered a plastic model that was marked as available online. The purchase price was just under 54 euros. I paid this amount in advance and after a short time I received confirmation of receipt. A few days later I was informed that the item was not available. In an email, I asked for the amount to be transferred back. This was first confirmed to me, with the note that it could take 3-5 days. Which would have been ok. After two weeks I asked and they wrote to me that they had instructed the accounting department. Over a week later, again no receipt of the refund. Another complaint and again the answer that the accounting department had been instructed to transfer the money. A week later, I got fed up and wrote 25 emails with the same wording, referring to EU law, stating that the payment had to be refunded within 2 weeks. The answer was that the transfer would be made in accordance with French law. However, as far as I know, there is no French payment system here but, as we all know, SEPA and that takes 2-4 days. After I was asked if I had already built the model and had pictures, I replied that I had not received the model and was still waiting for the refund. I think it was a week ago. They replied again, I think it was the 3rd or 4th time, that they would instruct the accounts department. Today Monday, 10.01.2020, I was still not at the bank. No money had been received before the weekend. If no money is received soon, I will send this company 100 mails a day with the facts of the case so that they have real work to do. I don't think I'll get my money back anyway. In any case, this is not the way to do business. What I have written here is absolutely true.
Ordered on December 7th. Today, January 10, still nothing. But 70 euros debited. Very disappointed, especially as it was for Christmas. I would like to receive this order or be reimbursed but no information, no communication. Not at all serious. I do NOT recommend.

Order placed on 03/12/2021. Wrong product reference. After my call I managed not to bother them too much and found them a product at the same cost and asked them to deliver it to my home instead of the initial mondial relay, they told me ok...I believed them. I've just received a mondial relay e-mail and my article is waiting for me...it's 8/01/2021. I don't recommend it and they won't see me again....
Rarely seen worse, incompetent service, no apologies, does not even warn that there is a stock problem obliges to send emails incessantly.

Delivery more than a month after order, even though the model was in stock. In the end, it was in the process of being delivered, with no idea of when it would arrive. Carton not delivered to relay point, just a message saying that I had refused delivery, which is not true. Parcel resent by registered mail 7 days later. To be avoided, damaged box.
I had placed an order so the item was available. The next day, the item was unavailable. Not seeing my order leave, I called. I was "strolled" for 2 weeks, I never received my article. So I asked for a refund, which I got without a hitch.

Do not meet delivery deadlines. Refunds for cancellations also take time to be issued.

Just didn't get anything until today. Every time you see a different date.
Thieves, liars, scammers and everything else you can think of on this line. I made a purchase at the end of November and never received my order. They said they had shipped it, that it was a Correos thing and that it was my fault for choosing Correos. I spoke to Correos, since they, from what they told me they couldn't get in touch with them, I got it the first time. And Correos told me that these people had ordered my package online, but that they had never deposited my package in a post office. I have since been contacted by several people who have had the same thing happen to me to file a joint complaint, and that's all I can say. Do not buy here, or you will regret it.
Selling items they clearly don’t have in stock and give you no clue as to when they might, if ever, arrive. Then blame the distributor/ manufacturer for no timeframe. When you do finally give up expect them to take a week to refund your money. Customer support are next to useless. Won’t use these people ever again. Using a .co.uk web address also gives the impression your dealing with a uk based company. You are not! A bit sly on there part I feel.
When i dealt with the UK set up they were as rude and difficult, not even knowing the law regarding the distance sale regulations, but also the wording regarding returns on their own website? They said they could deliver before Christmas and then not until after, so i cancelled. Luckily there French company were more helpful after a little persuasion
I ordered a model from them as a pre-order. Very atypically for 1001 Hobbies, it was actually offered at a competitive price. Two weeks later they contacted me to cancel the order, though the item is still not released. They'd obviously realised that for once they'd sold something at a fair price. I'll never order from them again..
Never received my order - still waiting for refund after one month!
I ordered on 22.12.2021 and nothing has arrived to date (10.01.2022). I paid a little extra to be able to track the shipment, but even that doesn't work.
