I ordered something 04.12.2021 Today is 16 .01.2022 . I still don't have my order .
Order placed on December 7, guaranteed delivery before Christmas. No information on order tracking, I've only just received a refund (January 16) with no news beforehand. Avoid.
Processing took almost two months and only took place after Paypal was activated.
No organization! 2 items bought supposed to be in stock but 1 of the 2 was not in stock and sent later (and therefore after Christmas, great ...) And the 1st was supposed to arrive in relay parcel, but the center of the post calls December 24 to tell me that it is not eligible for delivery in relay parcel ... I had to free time on my work time to pick up my package at the sorting center post! Neither done nor to do ...
Not detailed that set comes with EU plug. When raised with support was basically told if you don't like it, return it.
1 star is too many. Goods were in stock and I ordered. After some waiting time where my order remains, I realized that a model from Japan is backordered. I need the color I had ordered. No information about the remaining of my order. No answer to my first inquiry about my order. Second inquiry was answered with a standard text. Probably didn't even read my request. Third request for partial delivery is out. First time ordering there, that's no way to make satisfied customers. No wonder they advertise money back so much! This is the first and last order I placed with 1001hobbies. Never again!
Order placed Monday the 10th, still no delivery on Friday the 14th. Sent mail yesterday, no reply. Called today, automatic answering machine "we are closed". I will never order anything here again, what a bad service.
I was sent the wrong item and therefore my son did not have his present for Christmas. The company still hasn't sent the replacement as they are waiting for the item to be returned which was nearly 2 weeks ago! The item sent in error was a fraction of the cost of my intended item. They have a considerable amount of my money and no product to show for it at present. Will not buy from again.
Delivery was not made because the puzzle was no longer in stock. There was no notification from 1001 hobbies.de about this. Repayment of the money already paid was only made after a claim and took a long time.
In reference to the navigation on the page what happened to me is that it did not specify the language of the product, in particular the instructions, which is why I had to return it. In the delivery and other things all correct; except in the return that I had to pay the refund and it cost a lot. For reimbursement in my opinion ( I have met with other companies ) give facilities in this aspect in sending the labels by email so that the return is free ; I do not know if it could be done and not make an excessive outlay. Some kind of postage.

Time between order and delivery very long! No or little follow-up! Product not in stock! However, I would like to sincerely thank LAURE, head of customer relations, who listened to me from the very beginning of my complaint. She followed up my entire case with efficiency and responsiveness to arrive at my delivery today after almost 1 month of cumulative waiting.

Absolutely horiffic company, order took ages to arrive, then order was wrong, still trying to get a refund 5 weeks later, communication non existent. Company should be shut down!!!!

Promote products by indicating on the site that they are in stock, when in fact they are not. If I hadn't e-mailed customer service, I would never have known that my order wouldn't be honored, because the product is no longer in stock 🙁 but the refund was okay. I had planned a Christmas present for my daughter, but she never received it. Total disappointment, I will never order from this site again.
First order went very well, but the second was a total failure and I am now waiting for the second month for a refund.
I will never use this supplier again. The website from which I ordered appears to be based in the UK, with a UK e-mail address and phone number. There was reference to the order being shipped from the EU thus perhaps causing delay. There was no mention of the fact that the company is actually based in France, and that there would be import tax and handling fees involved. I simply can't do business with a company which behaves like this. D
I ordered the Christmas present on December 10th after I called them and had to clarify my questions in an English-speaking phone call... Of course you have to pay in advance. Delivery should be within 7-9 days. When I hadn't heard anything by 20.12 I called. I had to make the call in English again because there was no German-speaking employee available. She told me that they were still waiting for part of the order, which would be delivered there on the 24th and probably sent to me on the 27th. I told them again that it was a Christmas present and that I had relied on the delivery details when placing the order. They commented on this by canceling the order and ending the conversation, even though I asked for the delivery. I then wrote to the company and was asked to decide whether I wanted to cancel or keep the order. I asked again for the parcel to be sent and to be told when I could expect it. On 30.12.21, they replied to me that they had arranged for the cancellation and wished me a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I received the money back on 11.01.22. I absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone.
As I'm still waiting for my order (since December), which was actually in stock and I now have to wait until April-May, I can't give it more than 1 star. I'm sorry!
Order cancelled 6 days after being placed because not processed and announced not processed before 10 days after order. Payment debited the day after order and refunded 21 days after cancellation!
Often a fraud - Roman trireme model NEVER available with changing prices not listed on the initial offer from these "dealers" (France for sure and Germany too! Also LONG "delivery time to string buyer along - definately buyer beware!!!
Poor quality item, aluminum nuts completely washed out, instead of a bright red, they are pink or almost white. Very ugly.

Completely non-transparent ordering process. At no time was it clear when the delivery would take place. I was only promised a delivery date at the end of December when I asked by phone. No delivery has been made to date.
The item was in stock on the site but not physically, nor with their supplier for that matter. I've been waiting for a refund ever since. Unacceptable.
After two months, I have not received my order, nor have they answered my e-mails or refunded my money.
Only received part of my order, via email I can't get contact with the store. Never have I had an experience so bad with an online store. Should 1001hobbies read this, I would like to receive the rest of my products, or get my money refunded for these products.

Had to pay £68.51 extra on delivery above cost of order. No reply from 1001 hobbies when questioned, no mention of additional cost on ordering. Delivery company UPS don’t accept cheques ( still legal tender ) not happy with whole thing
Because, products on sale on your site, while you do not have them in stock. I placed an order on 18/12/2021. And you told me to wait for your supplier to deliver the product. Which apparently was itself out of stock. This is unacceptable. I want my parcel delivered this week. Or my money back. CDLT

Very dissatisfied with this site. I did not receive my order. The private parcel company said that I was absent on the day of delivery, which was totally untrue, especially as this is a medical practice with a secretary. Since then, the delivery service has sent the parcel back to 1001 hobbies and tells me that there's nothing more they can do. And no news from 1001 hobbies despite my emails. They are impossible to reach. And of course I've had no refund either.
Goods marked as available while they don't have it in stock instead, very long delivery time, as of December 27 I still don't receive my order and I don't know what happened to it! I will never buy from them again!
Ordering was simple and easy, payment was simple and easy, that's it. I ordered on 13.12., no delivery has arrived to date, no response to emails. A pity really, I was actually quite convinced.
After 20 messages of double payment for an order of which I got only 1 refund I gave up and just accepted my loss of 250 euros
It allowed me to place an order for an item you never actually had in stock. It took over a month with me finding ways to message the company about my missing order, until I received notice it was out of stock. I had already put a dispute in with my credit card company, letting them know I had not heard from the company nor received any response from them. The credit card refunded me my funds and I immediately ordered somewhere else and received that item less then a week later.
I haven't received my order and I haven't received my refund, so I'm going to take legal action against you.
