Delivery time too long
Received wrong order and poorly responsive customer service. I had to chase it myself several times before a resolution was reached.
Had to wait more than 3 weeks for a product coming from the EU. I have already had faster service for articles from the UK and even USA
The product is very good and the service too, but the delivery time is too long.
Almost £40.00pounds for a small paint mixer is a bit much in my book,a ripoff.

They took longer than they said they would
I received the whole thing but in the assembly box of the model airplane I found the decals partly compromised i.e. they were used and then put back in the plastic package maybe it is not up to you but I think it is detrimental to your image
Delayed delivery product under disant in stock but out of stock
The order took over a month to go out, and on top of that it wasn't even complete. If I hadn't made a complaint, I would still be waiting. I don't think I'll ever shop here again, because you don't even get updated information.
The glue proved unusable, apparently due to low-temperature exposure on delivery
I was not impressed with their customer services. Rather than trying to help me, they were quite rude. And instead of cancelling my order, as per my request, when i realised the products wouldn't arrive in time, they still sent them - charging me £10 for delivery for items that were of no use. I will not be ordering from them again.

All fine with order and delivery. You do have to wait a while to get it. One product I ordered was out of stock and then you get a vocher? Really very weird, never experienced that with other sites. You just get your money back. First of all I have to create an account to use that voucher because if possible I charge as a guest and secondly I don't know when I will order something from 1001hobbies again. So that mail I had about that voucher keeps disappearing down in my mail folder with the result maybe that it gets forgotten. Very inconvenient, not customer friendly.
My last delivery did not correspond to my order.

Almost a month of waiting seems too long to me.
Overall a good experience. My only concern was the manner in which the item was packaged. It was not in a box, it simply had bubble wrap around it. To travel the distance it did without proper packaging is risky. Also the item could be plainly seen through the bubble wrap. I don't want my purchases visible to those who have no need of seeing it.
Ordered in early December but didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Probably mostly down to UK border chaos though and not your fault.
Late delivery
Ordered in early November and did not get in until late Dec . Had to contact myself for more info about it.
The model looks nice but there was a referencing error: a letter error in the name of the bike so that the one I received wasn't the one named on the site. As I don't know anything about bikes, I didn't realize it, but it spoiled my gift. I would not recommend
No problems in particular with the delivery and quality of the products, however, stickers were applied to the Tamiya cans that cover the label preventing the product's technical specifications from being read correctly.
It is unfortunate not to be able to make a serious follow-up of the shipment. Likewise the fulfillment of the estimated date of reception. The contact with you is relatively fluid, in one direction. But it does not offer valid answers.
I don't judge the product but the gift wrapping is unspeakable plus the delivery time unacceptable since you charged me extra to have the item to get it after the given date.
Immediate shipment? I received it yesterday the 16th, so it took me 16 days to receive it. That seems like a lot of days to me.
Nothing wrong with it! But...bought three boxes of unknown brand Roden. Very bad...even with fine pliers parts break off, lots of flash( leftover plastic) bad fitting( lots of putty work) even the decals break and hardly stay on. Quickly looked at the other two boxes, looks the same. Reds is not recommended.
As a former customer, I'm happy with the delivery of the colors: desert yellow matte, dark earth matte, army green matte, airplane blue matte, which correspond to my expectations. As for the rest of the order, see the aluminium section. Thank you for resolving this problem quickly. SIMOS
It took me several reminders before my parcel ordered at the end of November was sent to me at the beginning of January... no one answered the phone... fortunately it wasn't for Christmas...
I placed an order in November. The amount due was deducted from my account, but I haven't received anything. When I went to the 1001 hobbies website to find out the status of my order, surprise, it had been cancelled... Strange. I tried to contact the sales department by phone... I couldn't reach them. I finally sent an e-mail. I received the unpleasant surprise that I had to bring proof of payment. Fortunately, I was able to do so. Anyway, I finally received my order at the beginning of January, a few days ago. Not bad for an order placed in November.
Very bad transport. They make you pay 12 € to arrive urgent in 2-3 days and in the end it takes more than 7 days.
Delivery times very (too) long and without communication. I am still waiting for a third of my order placed on 4/12/2022...

Good product in itself, but it was a Christmas present and came unwrapped! Surprise not a success. A great pity.
It took a long time to prepare my order, and a can of paint was missing when I received it. I had to cry" to the after-sales service to get the missing paint before Christmas. Disappointed with the after-sales service but I ended up getting everything, so I'm leaving a few stars...
