Regarding the order that I received five star. However I had previously placed an order that was said to be backordered. I waited almost 3 months before I was informed that they were never going to get it back and again. This is quite disappointing.

Magnificent airplane model, with skeleton interior structure, I don't install the pilots seats or the landing gear, because I don't need it for my preferences or tastes. Big airplane like the Airbus A380 A.F. (Heller), which has some complexity in the gluing and assembly. A perfect purchase, thank you.

Somewhat confusing information on available stock and delivery time. The outer packaging, boxes wrapped directly in a sheet of bubble wrap and 4 pieces of tape, without being spectacular, has fulfilled well and everything arrived intact... And on time.

Fantastic website always offering a wide range of hobby products, I wanted a Trumpeter A-6E Intruder 1/32 kit and ordered it back in late June as it was a great price. It was shipped in a couple of days of ordering from France to UK but unfortunately it got returned as the courier wasnt happy about the size/weight, I could see all this throught the excellent order tracking online, when I asked about this delay the amazing staff said they had sorted it out for me and even put it on DHL Express service at their cost and it arrived within 2 days. Cant compliment the team on their customer service enough, give them a try you wont be dissappointed.

I ordered 3 items for the end of April. Package never arrived or left, whereupon I called Italian support and very kindly they got the package started. Too bad that arrived at the nearest post office, it was sent back because wrong or incomplete address. Calling again and writing an email, they sent the package back and it finally arrived. Compliant items and at great prices. Recommended site for modeling enthusiasts
