Since 20/12 that I ordered a product and as of today 10/01 still nothing.... After sending a reminder email, a few days ago I receive an apology but that does not take away from the fact of disrespect on shipping time (5/7 working days) written on the site. Poor seriousness. I will do further review on the product as soon as it arrives at its destination.
Early december ordered , package on the way lost , mail contact was very difficult, now 8 januarie only had a refund, never again

They are supposed to have the item in stock, but they do not send it or communicate anything to the buyer. To collect the item they do it on the spot. I do not recommend this store to absolutely no one. A disgrace

Wasn't informed from the start about import fees and still being charged VAT also so that was a downer. But the refund process was quick and the one and only time I had to speak to the team it was dealt with quickly professionally and the lady was lovely. Just the whole journey as a whole was disappointing

I made 2 separate orders, the first turned up. In my account it says the second order was added to the first, but I haven't received it and they have still charged me a large postage cost for each very small item. I have emailed them and had no response.

Hello .... for navigation and choice, no problems ...... then it spoils model ordered December 12 and delivered December 30 .... (indicated in stock) for a Christmas gift it's a failure I sent 2 emails to get information and received a standard response without information or customization very very disappointed

I wrote back to ask about the problems I had to no avail. 1 part was the wrong part number (worthless) 1 part (universal model stands) broke as soon as I inserted the upright (worthless) the 3 model was as advertised. Is bad enough the product is wrong or instantly defective, but no reply to the issues?

I had ordered something for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately, what I ordered (two bending figures) didn't arrive on time. There was also no information that the goods were not in stock. Only on request was there a corresponding and quick response (hence the one Steen!). Unfortunately, there was also no response to my e-mail that I was canceling the shipment because it would not arrive on time. If you order there as a guest, it doesn't seem to be important for 1001Hobbies and a return doesn't seem to be desired either... Let's see what happens next... Personally, I won't be ordering here again.
Man man sent from France (I hate this anyway don't put .nl on your website). Weeks in transit. Christmas vacations over. Just shitty. Once and never again!
Very bad description of the product, not received what I thought I had, expensive for what I received, delivery time interminable and a deliveryman who does not find the address of the relay! really disappointed
Very bad experience. They did not meet the expected delivery time, they did not deliver the personalized message for which I had paid extra for, and icing on the cake...they delivered a product in a different language than the one stated in the product name on their website. Also, I feel like they are bad in that they do not provide a way to be able to contact them: their phone numbers are turned off and emails are answered days if not weeks later. I am now waiting for a response to receive a refund considering the scam they pulled on me...but clearly I am being ignored. Strongly not recommended!
Received the wrong goods. Very unprofessional customer service. Received replies in three languages via email and had to explain several times what went wrong. Communication impossible. No refund to date. Be very careful when buying here.
Ordered a JagdPanther 1/35 scale model and about a month later I received a USN F-14A. 1/72 scale model. Don’t order from 1001Hobbies. I recommend ScaleHobbyist.
I'm extremely disappointed by the order, which was delivered to me very late in the day. In fact, I dare say that it's quite simply a scam!!! The model I received, which cost me almost 100 euros, cannot be worth, in my opinion and comparing this product to something similar, can only be worth 20 euros. It seems inconceivable to me that specialists like you didn't realize this...
Hello, I have sent you several complaints. You still haven't replied. Faulty lamp whose bulb burned out the same day, burning the socket. The replacement bulb also burned out. Should the item be replaced, refunded or repaired? I don't dare plug in this lamp anymore (fire hazard?). Thank you for your reply. Sincerely
