Somewhat confusing information on available stock and delivery time. The outer packaging, boxes wrapped directly in a sheet of bubble wrap and 4 pieces of tape, without being spectacular, has fulfilled well and everything arrived intact... And on time.

Fantastic website always offering a wide range of hobby products, I wanted a Trumpeter A-6E Intruder 1/32 kit and ordered it back in late June as it was a great price. It was shipped in a couple of days of ordering from France to UK but unfortunately it got returned as the courier wasnt happy about the size/weight, I could see all this throught the excellent order tracking online, when I asked about this delay the amazing staff said they had sorted it out for me and even put it on DHL Express service at their cost and it arrived within 2 days. Cant compliment the team on their customer service enough, give them a try you wont be dissappointed.

Too bad that arrived at the nearest post office, it was sent back because wrong or incomplete address. Calling again and writing an email, they sent the package back and it finally arrived. I already have the one for acrylic lacquers. I just needed the one for acrylic paints. For oil paints, I use either Wite spirit or a suitable thinner. And that's it. Hehe. Bonne maquettes à tous.
