As for the store, good treatment, fast shipping and friendliness. As for the product, very bad product of poor quality.

It was good to get progress reports on the status of my delivery,everything worked as it should have.

What I don't understand is ordering on a Dutch website and the order is sent via French mail. That's why it might take a little longer. Otherwise all good with my order, packed fine and delivered without damage.

Fantastic company to deal with, i've since ordered and received a Kyosho motor which came from France to the Scottish Highlands quicker than a lot of things usually come from within the UK. Sadly a lot of companies fall down by using rubbish couriers but not these guys and i'd have absolutely no hesitation in using them again with confidence.

1st try... successful try. In every way. Delivery scheduled for July 13. Received on the 8th. If Santa Claus were that efficient, it would prevent a lot of ulcers. A new customer confirmed
