My first order included a model that was missing parts to which I received a credit that was immediately absorbed on unasked for express shipping. My first experience with 1001 hobbies was really bad. Items are marked as "available", but they are available from their suppliers, not available for delivery. I bought 8 boxes, they sent me only 2, after many exchanges by email (because impossible to reach them by phone). And I'm still waiting for a refund for the boxes that weren't delivered...
As I explained on the phone, we have 142,000 products on the site, so you'll understand that we can't stock everything on our platform in Isère.

So the whole delivery is delayed. The order was for my cousin's birthday this WE , so no present ... What's more, the code for purchases over 80€ didn't work. If the customer doesn't email to find out what's going on, nothing will happen.
