You can't be serious
A product was not ordered. A product ordered and paid for was missing. My message in German was answered in Dutch and was not helpful. I returned the unordered product but heard nothing from 1001hobbies. Very poor customer care and service.

I ordered some items that were supposed to be available for immediate delivery. They should have been delivered the next day or the day after. Instead, it took more than a week. Communication via email was difficult and the mail was blamed. Eventually I got my package, but by then had arranged for an alternative at another store. Unless it is something I really cannot buy anywhere else I would not order here again.
The customer service was terrible, there was a worker who barely spoke Spanish and on top of that you could hear a child crying. She hung up on me twice with little professionalism and did not give me any solution. I had sent them an email expressing a complaint that the model that they have sold me is not the original TRUMPERTER MODEL FORD GT40 MKII ref. TU05403. that was the US SPORTS CARS with ref. MAG00019 that does not have the original decals where they put FORD and that in all the web the model is much cheaper than the one I had ordered. I feel cheated and poorly served and have made me lose my time and the illusions that I had about this model. They have already created so much distrust in me that I am afraid to return it because I will not get the money I paid for the model. To all of you who buy this model I want you to know that it is not the original Trumpeter model, I don't know what brand it is because it doesn't even say it. A customer who feels cheated.
Received model kit upon opening find that both sides of the chassis are broken this is now going on for two weeks still no further forward after emailing about the issue on a number of occasions still not resolved £130 spent only to be ignored by customer support

Time far too long

Twice I ordered the same model. Each time the model in the box was different from the box. This time I have sent three emails to three contact addresses and I have not received a replacement.

They had a stock of three units and I bought them, but after more than a week with the order in preparation I found out that they only had 2 left. Having to be behind people who do not know how to organize their inventory should not be my job. Having to contact me to be told that they have a problem with my order when a simple communication with - We are sorry but we do not have what we have sold you - could be enough. And they have not refunded me for what they have not sent me. Thieves. I will not repeat nor recommend this site.

Something totally different was delivered than what I ordered!!! A bag with a pair of ball bearings was delivered from Tamiya instead of a model kit: totally incomprehensible. Moreover, I paid extra for express shipping. I am curious if the company will correct this without extra cost to myself. The company was immediately informed of the mistake, so far no response has been received.
I had to wait more than 15 days for my order to be shipped even though everything was in stock and available. The Colis Privé service used ėt sucked. I was warned that the driver couldn't find my address, something I don't understand, I live in a small town, not a remote country place. Now it's up to me to travel 25km to pick up my parcel at a relay point. Not happy at all.
We regret that the private parcel service did not meet your expectations.

The products and variety on 1001hobbies.de are excellent. However, the service is disastrously poor. I have been trying to return some items for over 3 weeks and have received neither a confirmation of my return request nor a reply to my emails. I really have to question this system. It's complicated, time consuming and doesn't work, which makes me not want to order here again.

Easy and quick to find. But it says things are in stock and with the fastest express with ups delivered within 2 sagen. Extra 17.95 shipping costs paid and it took very long before the product is sent at all very bad
That is why your product says "Shipping within 3 to 5 business days".
Therefore, your product was taken out of stock on 16/06/2021. It arrived on 22/06/2021 06:17:53. So you will be shipped on 22/06/2021 10:50:17 and you will be delivered on 24/06/21.

Website should have stated that stock was not held in the uk and import duty/vat was payable. The note that additional cost may be due to COVID was misleading. The import duty should have been stated before conformation of order.

Parcel sent late, then attempt at 4:50 am to deliver my parcel, relay point closed (normal). Customer service replied that the parcel had arrived, but nothing more, the same for mondial relay. Finally, the parcel arrived late. And broken object. Customer service asked me for a photo, offered me a refund if I returned the item or a discount if I kept my broken mug! I asked customer service how returns work, and never heard from them again! To flee!!!!!
In addition, we have offered you to keep the item, as we are unable to exchange it due to it being out of stock. For this reason, we have decided to offer you a partial cash refund.

The item arrived damaged and so far I have not had any response to my E-mails to the company - I will probably have to ask my bank to initiate a claw back to see if I can get a refund that way - such a shame

Defective! First weeks of delay, then damaged shipping, then weeks of delay with the warranty. Beware of this supplier,
Very bad. Order shipped from France wrapped in nothing but some bubble wrap! ANY model kit needs to boxed in a larger box and then padded with newspaper, bubble wrap etc. your order arrived promptly but was crushed in transit. NEVER ship a model without boxing in a bigger box and padding it. You must be stupid not to know this

Placing an order on 28/01 and after complaining to ECB getting the shipment on 22/06 is not advertising.

Had a problem with damage to one of the kits in this order. Reported it, sent pictures, replied to emails, but got no resolution for the damage that occured as a result of box selection and packaging.

When you send an order abroad, you have to deduct French VAT and other taxes, because I had to pay Swiss VAT and customs taxes, which makes your models much more expensive than buying them locally.
I ordered an expensive boat model. When it turned up the box was battered and some of the parts were missing. Despite promises from 1001Models to solve the problem I have received nothing. I let them have all the information I could, but despite this and e-mails back and forth for months I have received nothing. The model itself is excellent, but no good unless complete. I will never deal with this company again, their customer services are appalling. I recommend anyone who wants a model buys from a company who actually gives a toss about their customers.
