Delivery 3 weeks after order and no excuses...
Ordered an advent calendar on november 21st, which arrived on december 10th! No respect of the indicated deadlines and no answer to the ..... email.
Out of stock. Chased numerous times just to be told it’s coming, then promised to reimburse me but never got my money back. PayPal had to compensate me but only to 2/3 of its value. Do not trust this company.
Order not received
12 days to receive an order, it will arrive sooner if you walk.
They gave me a gift card that never arrived, in the end after complaining, they gave me a code. When paying with a code, the amount of the code is deducted before calculating the shipping costs, so it penalizes. In addition, from the day of the order and payment to the reception it has been 3 weeks (November 18 to December 9, having left the package on December 3) prices above the online sales giant and much longer delivery times (and paying for shipping).
The package did not arrive
Delivery took 4 weeks and one item has still not been delivered.
They sent the wrong thing with the sticker for the correct thing on the box and now say they sent the correct item.
I am still waiting for my order !!!!!!
Ridiculously long wait for my order
Very bad because they are supposed to have delivered the package to someone other than me.
I paid $45.99 extra for express shipping to make sure the order arrived before I left the address I was at at the time. When I remembered to check, 1001hobbies never sent it. I emailed to cancel the order because I would not be at that address by the time it would arrive - in fact I would be out of the country, but instead of cancelling the order, they happily announced that they just sent it. I complained again after it arrived, explaining again the situation and saying now I have bother a friend and pay international shipping if I want it order. I also said I would never order from them again. So 1001hobbies replied offering me free shipping on my next order! So just a play to get more money out of me instead of compensating me for my extra expenses. Very unpleasant experience and I do not at all recommend this company.

Took 4 weeks for myn package to arrive. Zero communication from their side
12 days after purchase I still have not received the puzzle.
There is poor order tracking... if we don't ask where our items are, we wait without any news... and on top of that, the items are out of stock 4 weeks after placing the order and without any compensation!!!!
My first order included a model that was missing parts to which I received a credit that was immediately absorbed on unasked for express shipping. The mistake ended up costing me more money than if I hadn't had a discount at all and it was sent by regular mail. No clarification on the back office change was given other than it happened "thanks to your [my] discount."
Customer service and shipping are an imposition. Alleged German customer phone is redirected to France for a high fee.

Absolutely worst scam I have ever fell for. And to think you would even tell me to pay to send it back for a refund. First I did not know I was buying from a foreign company. Second, the product looks nothing like what I ordered from.
Sorry for your desappointment but regarding the country on where we are based it isclearly mentionned on the website , and for the products the description sheet was having all the information needed before buying the product

Order arrived quickly, unfortunately one item was missing. Two weeks later something completely different arrived. Wrong article for the description and / or wrong article number. An Expedition department made up of people incapable of preparing an order correctly. Product missing on delivery, difference between the BL and the order, barcode labels rendering the purchased product unusable...... unheard of! The only positive point was a customer service team (Laure) who fought hard to repair the errors as best they could.... All this with an appreciable cheerfulness. But hey....
