The shipment was delayed as expected when making the purchase. It was scheduled to be sent a week after making the purchase, because some of the products indicated this. On the expected date, I received an email informing me that the package had been sent, and it arrived within a reasonable time, perfectly tracked at all times. The shipment arrived correctly packaged, with all products in perfect condition. Impeccable service, timely and punctual notifications. My rating can only be five stars. I will recommend this page and I will surely repeat.
As for the delivery, there were no problems. But the product was missing a lot of pieces that I had to recover from other Legos of mine, as well as pieces that wouldn't hold; I even had to use glue to make some pieces stay together.

You are not clear about the shipping time. You are a French website with a Dutch coding. Plus a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot. You made sure that I bought the product elsewhere. If you had been upfront that it could take a while, there would have been no problem. In short, a good ending to a negative experience.
