I actually never received the product. I received an empty envelope. I reached out a couple of different ways but didn't get any response back until I went directly to the website. When I did get through, the responses were very fast and I was refunded quickly. So poor choice of shipping packaging, and some delay in getting through but once that happened, the problem was resolved quickly.

Once ordered and paid for I then learned that before they would be shipped they would have to be ordered from the supplier, which extended the time.
