The delivery was very late. I'm not used to this from Dutch companies, on the contrary, they are top-notch. But if you have to get your goods not from the Netherlands but from France, the delay is clear. There was also a French document included with a French address...a "hint" to order in France? Good luck!

Everything arrived as per the order but after almost a month and without any explanation for the delay, despite the various requests for updates that I sent. A delay is certainly understandable, not responding to reports, no.
Hello. I received a reference for figurines instead of another one, and I have not received any feedback after my request to customer service. The rest: shipping time, packaging... was without issue.

I paid $50 for a scale model kit and received an $8 bottle of weathering pigment instead. Sloppy inventory management.
Finally received the ordered paint, however, everything was supposed to be in stock and I had to wait over three weeks for the delivery.

Damaged order received (paint pots that spilled in the package damaging a royal model detailing kit) I communicated this to customer service several days ago (15) and I have had no response from them.....

Delivery delay problem with Chronopost. Following a message questioning on your platform, I never received a response.
Excessively high shipping costs
My package was stuck for 6 days at the Chronopost sorting center. I paid for delivery fees and the requested service was not optimal. So, I am not happy with the service provided by Chronopost. On the other hand, regarding the ordered merchandise and its shipment, I congratulate 1001hobbies. Very good and I encourage future customers to honor their orders with this supplier.
It took 3 weeks to dispatch and another week to deliver! I sent messages asking for status update. No response.
I give it two stars because despite paying 15 euros for urgent shipping, the gift not only didn't arrive for Christmas, but the package was delivered by Correos, which was not urgent shipping, and I had to go to the office to pick it up.
I certainly received my order but the delivery time was not at all what was displayed at the time of purchase nor the stock for that matter. Moreover, no one is responding either on the phone or by email.
