I was told that my order was delivered when I received nothing
VERY bad because there is not completely NUL, First 14 days including 11 to make a package is bad! but more unpacking! DECEPTION because the products sold under the heading " PAINT IN BOMB " are small pots! There's nothing to be done with pot paints, which means a lot of money down the drain and a lot of wasted time ... Génial ; "1001 Conneries " would be a more appropriate title.

I have received the package. The content of a bottle of epoxy has come out of the package. I have filed a claim with photos and so far I only receive questions without logic, everything is clear in the photos and my explanations. It seems they want to evade their responsibility. My first experience with 1001 hobbies was really bad. Items are marked as "available", but they are available from their suppliers, not available for delivery. I bought 8 boxes, they sent me only 2, after many exchanges by email (because impossible to reach them by phone). And I'm still waiting for a refund for the boxes that weren't delivered...
As I explained on the phone, we have 142,000 products on the site, so you'll understand that we can't stock everything on our platform in Isère.
In stock: dispatch within 48 working hours. These are physically stocked in the company's warehouse in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier. Available: dispatch within X to X days. These products are not currently in stock at the Saint-Quentin-Fallavier warehouse and are generally shipped within X to X days of the user's order, depending on the lead times of the various suppliers. Order placed over a week ago and still nothing, " order being processed " . So I ask what's going on by e-mail, I'm told that a product is unavailable and that they'll have it within 1 week ... So the whole delivery is delayed. The order was for my cousin's birthday this WE , so no present ... What's more, the code for purchases over 80€ didn't work. If the customer doesn't email to find out what's going on, nothing will happen. The site is not at all up to date in terms of stock, perhaps their specialty is the physical store because the site seems very complete but beware of deliveries. I still don't have my order.

You can't be serious
A product was not ordered. A product ordered and paid for was missing. My message in German was answered in Dutch and was not helpful. I returned the unordered product but heard nothing from 1001hobbies. Very poor customer care and service.

I ordered some items that were supposed to be available for immediate delivery. They should have been delivered the next day or the day after. Instead, it took more than a week. Communication via email was difficult and the mail was blamed. Eventually I got my package, but by then had arranged for an alternative at another store. Unless it is something I really cannot buy anywhere else I would not order here again.
The customer service was terrible, there was a worker who barely spoke Spanish and on top of that you could hear a child crying. She hung up on me twice with little professionalism and did not give me any solution. I had sent them an email expressing a complaint that the model that they have sold me is not the original TRUMPERTER MODEL FORD GT40 MKII ref. TU05403. that was the US SPORTS CARS with ref. MAG00019 that does not have the original decals where they put FORD and that in all the web the model is much cheaper than the one I had ordered. I feel cheated and poorly served and have made me lose my time and the illusions that I had about this model. They have already created so much distrust in me that I am afraid to return it because I will not get the money I paid for the model. To all of you who buy this model I want you to know that it is not the original Trumpeter model, I don't know what brand it is because it doesn't even say it. A customer who feels cheated.

Something totally different was delivered than what I ordered!!! A bag with a pair of ball bearings was delivered from Tamiya instead of a model kit: totally incomprehensible. Moreover, I paid extra for express shipping. I am curious if the company will correct this without extra cost to myself. The company was immediately informed of the mistake, so far no response has been received.
I had to wait more than 15 days for my order to be shipped even though everything was in stock and available. The Colis Privé service used ėt sucked. I was warned that the driver couldn't find my address, something I don't understand, I live in a small town, not a remote country place. Now it's up to me to travel 25km to pick up my parcel at a relay point. Not happy at all.
