I had ordered Carrera Digital 132 cars. However, these turn out to be fake fakes or something. 1 setting: shelf gas and they can't change lanes either. The sensor is not even there. So useless. Both cars had the same problem. So not a unique problem apparently. Strange... Then again, the bluetooth module I had purchased at the same time works fine. Hopefully I will see my money back for the cars

Extremely disappointed. Delivery took 3 weeks, turns out it comes from France. Unreachable by phone; number does not exist. Then you get a 1/72 model sent home while you have chosen a 1/35. Return costs a lot of money because you have to send it back to France. I will never order here again.

Ordered 3 products in stock, after 1 week with no news sent an email for information. I had to send 3 more emails before I knew what was going on. One of the products was missing, donv in the way of the order and a credit note for the missing product, delay about 3 weeks when it should have taken 1 week. Request for information to have the credit 2 more weeks with 4 emails. I've just retaken an order to give it a second chance, I hope this time it goes better! And I'll give it a better mark. But communication is complicated, especially for a 1st order.

Hello 3 weeks to receive the order, No response to several emails, nobody answers the phone. Pathetic. I will never order from 1001 again.
After my first order, the aforementioned complaint is still not completed satisfactorily. This is mainly because it is almost impossible to get in touch with them. Today they finally responded with a short message saying they had not received anything and do not know what it is about. At the bottom of this message were all my email messages that I am responding to their initial offer. It is therefore incomprehensible that they would not know what the complaint is about; they themselves responded via email to my previous review via "real reviews". No doubt they must have all the details therefore (and moreover, it is even in the message I received from them today. Still this complaint has not been resolved. By phone they are also unreachable.

I ordered Blackstone Fortress: Escalation. It was in stock when I ordered it. It took months for you to then tell me it was permanently out of stock. I could have purchased it elsewhere, but I spent 2 months thinking I had already ordered it before you told me I wouldn't be getting it. I am not happy about that at all, as it is now very difficult to obtain, and I had to settle for other products that I had no real intention of buying.

One star, unfortunately less is not there. Eternal delivery time (more than two months), not all the merchandise arrived as it was out of stock (even though it was available in the shop), you cannot get a refund for missing items but only a voucher of equal value that I will never use given the very high shipping costs (not covered by the voucher). So basically I waited two months, didn't receive all the items I ordered and lost money on them as well. Non-existent customer service. lousy! Avoid if possible.

Accidentally (my mistake) I had paid the product 4 times, more often I asked if I could get the money of the extra three times back (had overpaid about 80 euros). I never saw the money. By the way, the product also came quite late.

I HAVE CLAIMED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WITH MULTIPLE MAILINGS. The delivery is wrong, they arrived in 1:72 scale and I ordered 1:48 scale. Please solve it as soon as possible. It was for my son's birthday and I have not been able to finish the model and give him his surprise.
