Parcel sent late, then attempt at 4:50 am to deliver my parcel, relay point closed (normal). Customer service replied that the parcel had arrived, but nothing more, the same for mondial relay. Finally, the parcel arrived late. And broken object. Customer service asked me for a photo, offered me a refund if I returned the item or a discount if I kept my broken mug! I asked customer service how returns work, and never heard from them again! To flee!!!!!
In addition, we have offered you to keep the item, as we are unable to exchange it due to it being out of stock. For this reason, we have decided to offer you a partial cash refund.

The item arrived damaged and so far I have not had any response to my E-mails to the company - I will probably have to ask my bank to initiate a claw back to see if I can get a refund that way - such a shame

Defective! First weeks of delay, then damaged shipping, then weeks of delay with the warranty. Beware of this supplier,
Very bad. Order shipped from France wrapped in nothing but some bubble wrap! ANY model kit needs to boxed in a larger box and then padded with newspaper, bubble wrap etc. your order arrived promptly but was crushed in transit. NEVER ship a model without boxing in a bigger box and padding it. You must be stupid not to know this

Had a problem with damage to one of the kits in this order. Reported it, sent pictures, replied to emails, but got no resolution for the damage that occured as a result of box selection and packaging.

When you send an order abroad, you have to deduct French VAT and other taxes, because I had to pay Swiss VAT and customs taxes, which makes your models much more expensive than buying them locally.
I ordered an expensive boat model. When it turned up the box was battered and some of the parts were missing. Despite promises from 1001Models to solve the problem I have received nothing. I let them have all the information I could, but despite this and e-mails back and forth for months I have received nothing. The model itself is excellent, but no good unless complete. I will never deal with this company again, their customer services are appalling. I recommend anyone who wants a model buys from a company who actually gives a toss about their customers.

Very disappointed with the poor customer service. The kit was posted to the wrong address despite me correcting the address with them THREE times. and asking them to verify that they had the correct adress. All of this was done before the package was posted. After shipping to the wrong address 1001 hobbies washed their hands of it when I contacted them. It was left to me to retrive the package at additional cost. Very poor service. I will never order from them again.

The delivery with problems of Correos. The worst of all has been the product. Box without any seal. Only two pieces of tape. Loose pieces out of its matrix and out of its plastic bag. Pieces half assembled with glue remains. In the adhesive sheet have been cut some remaining in place the gap. Sincerely I have the feeling of having suffered a scam. I send you an email with photos that show that this is a product that has been manipulated by a previous customer and returned to you. It is the first time I buy from you and I hope a response giving an explanation to what happened.

Particularly poor communication. Unreachable by phone. Via e-mail was communicated that not everything was in stock, after three weeks I received a box containing everything. Finally received a response via e-mail, but to a question I did not ask. Guess they only give some standard responses and nothing else. For me the last time. At verspaget.nl it is in the mail the next day.

They sent me the wrong item, a cheap unrelated product I never ordered. Customer service just keeps sending out questionnaires and no answers about our situation, so no help there either, I'm at a crossroads as for to what to do next.

I ordered a set with accessories at the beginning of March. I was sent an email to say it had been dispatched with tracking number. 4 weeks of tracking and nothing. I emailed customer service to find out the problem, no reply for 2 weeks. When they did reply they said they’d look into it and get back to me. I had to chase them after 2 weeks. Said it had been lost (I could have told them that!) and they’d send another. Sent lots of emails to customer services to find out where it was as I hadn’t received an email to say it had been sent with very little response. I finally received my order this week (8th June). So 3 months for an order when they said around 2 weeks is bloody poor, communication is also non existent so safe to say I will not purchase again from them.

But you have got to be kidding me I had ordered decals in 1/32 scale for an American plane and others also in 1/32 scale for a German plane and you sent me decals for the P-38J Lightning but the most serious thing is that they are in 1/48 scale so they are unusable. Therefore I have ended my relationship with you for good. I asked for apples and you sent me bananas but I paid for apples...goodbye
Order delivered very late and one of the products was missing. I was unable to give the gifts in time. Impossible to reach the phone number for information. I'll pass next time.

This company is a ripoff they do not inform you about import duties £56.00 on my order you think you are buying from an UK company , but you then find out it is a french company, you receive an email asking for import duties !!!!!!!! we all know how many scam emails we receive. You then ask 1001 hobbies for confirmation of import duties, they then do not reply so you check the couriers website. Even worse they have shipped the package with useless parcel service oops I mean UPS they say I can pay the driver upon delivery I then receive an email telling me UPS have failed to deliver twice even though I was at home on both occasions. getting no help from 1001hobbies I managed to sort out delivery and payment with UPS . IF you are a UK modeler steer clear of these scammers. you will probably be able to buy what you want from a reputable UK wholesaler.

Nul hyper nul, and once again my opinion will be refused... They sell you models with unusable plans and this company doesn't give a damn, they give you a credit of 15% of the price of your order excluding shipping costs, which of course remain at your expense. (35€ for a 240€ purchase that goes into the garbage)
It took way too long to get here. I marked the package refused and sent it back!

It does not fit my needs. I was interested in two 1000 l. tanks for waste. Not the supposed model that I received. The advertisement of the item, is totally misleading. I am pending to return it and to be refunded the amount paid. I hope this is not a scam. I need instructions to the effect, which I expect to receive.

Run away from this store, error when buying an item, email within 12 hours to cancel the order and no response. The store sends the item (it happens) on the other hand procedure for product return initiated on their site (archaic by the way) and it's been 5 days that I'm waiting for someone to deign to answer me, the way customers are treated is not acceptable.

Terrible! Sent me the wrong kit, finally accepted that they had made a mistake, promised to send me a return label so I could return it, and two weeks later no sign of it! I am still, a month later, still without the kit that I PAID FOR! Awful! Do not shop here!

The order arrived very late. One item (Marvel figure) was delivered broken in the box. When I contacted customer service, I was answered in Dutch and was not offered a return or anything similar for a defective item, but a voucher for 5 euros. Is that a joke? I was also asked to send a photo. Just keep your hands off and order elsewhere for a higher price than from this joke of a company.

Order delivered 3 months after placing it
Horribly disappointed by 1001 hobbies, my box of Warhammer miniatures wasn't even in a cardboard box, just wrapped in bubble wrap, so the box was damaged, and there was some damage inside, notably to a set and part of a miniature. This shows just how little seriousness this store takes. Disgraceful. I've never seen such sloppy service in the model world. A Flee.
