Ordered a model which was sent back for some reason. I was informed and told it would be on its way but as yet no model and no reply to my emails. Don't mind the delay as long as they keep me informed but lack of communication is very poor. Will be getting bank to recover money if model/communication not forthcoming soon.

Our order. An expensive two way radio headset was delivered faulty. The main headset was damaged and not functioning properly. We told them on the customer service contact which was an incorrect email. We are very concerned that we may not get a replacement item or our money back. The fact that the email address is not working gives us cause to believe that we are in trouble with this.

All items I believed were in stock, then I Had no further communication after order confirmed,due to covid i was prepared to wait a little longer for the delivery. emailed about two later to find out what was happening to then be told all items where out of stock.i was offered a credit or refund but chose the refund. I had ordered Carrera Digital 132 cars. However, these turn out to be fake fakes or something. 1 setting: shelf gas and they can't change lanes either. The sensor is not even there. So useless. Extremely disappointed. Delivery took 3 weeks, turns out it comes from France. Unreachable by phone; number does not exist. Then you get a 1/72 model sent home while you have chosen a 1/35. Return costs a lot of money because you have to send it back to France. I will never order here again.

Ordered 3 products in stock, after 1 week with no news sent an email for information. I had to send 3 more emails before I knew what was going on. One of the products was missing, donv in the way of the order and a credit note for the missing product, delay about 3 weeks when it should have taken 1 week. Request for information to have the credit 2 more weeks with 4 emails. I've just retaken an order to give it a second chance, I hope this time it goes better! And I'll give it a better mark. But communication is complicated, especially for a 1st order.
