Had to wait way too long for the products. Initially the order did not come through to him while it was paid for. Had to look up all the products myself because they knew nothing about it. Poor communication. Had to send photos and write-ups several times. Sent everything and still did not receive what I had asked for. And this again took a very long time. Unfortunately too late for my son's birthday. I will not order here again.

The items are always of high quality, but there was an error on the order which I was unable to resolve, as my numerous phone calls were never answered and my e-mail went unanswered... I've often ordered from you with great satisfaction, but this time it really wasn't up to scratch in terms of after-sales service.

My order was placed on January 8, and after protesting on the phone, I received what they had in stock after a month (they were missing two products and therefore didn't ship anything). Since then, I haven't heard from them. I'm going to demand a refund for both items.

Truly awful company. Ordered some scale figures, then realised they were the wrong scale. Emailed to cancel. Even though they admitted that they hadn't yet sent them, they refused to cancel the order and went ahead and sent them! Will never use again, and advise everyone to avoid.

Apparently a French webshop, well hidden as a Dutch one. Brushes arrived somewhat damaged, and I was missing a jar of paint. I won't be ordering here again anytime soon....

The relay point that you indicated to me is going to close in a fortnight and I don't know why all the parcels were sent back. I had to indicate a new relay point myself, so time was wasted for nothing.
