Poorly controlled delivery times
Too expensive
Unfortuntley due to unknown stock levels and long delays it has taken over a month for my order to arrive, and even then only in pat, and with a secondary request for a refund against the items that were not available. Its a seriesof unfortunate events, but the fact hat it took so long to resolve and it took several attempts from myself to get them to look into my issue means that it was not a great customer service experience.
My last order took a long time to arrive: three weeks!
Delivery times not respected and then real harassment by e-mail, despite my wish not to receive any! There's no point in encouraging me to use a company I'm not fully satisfied with!
The service was ok. the problem was shipping a fragile small piece of sheet brass in a shipping envelope was not very smart. Mine was bent and everyone knows once bent there is no going back. At least use a small box or a stiff piece of cardboard. Outside of that the art work is great.
Ordered 2 models, "status in stock". After more than a month, I received a response that I would receive a credit note (no refund) and then a shipping notification - i.e. 1 cancelation and 1 delivery. This was not communicated - one may conclude. Price and goods are fine, reliability/reliability in this repeated case is not.
I had ordered glzan jars these were broken after the first time they went to send me new ones and these were also broken
Concerning the delivery, an item was missing in the box, I hope this problem will be solved soon.
Delivery not in accordance with order.
Lots of part numbers, but in the end with only one missing part number the order took a long time to arrive and in the end without the unavailable part. Too bad the order wasn't split in two more quickly.
The cardboard box was animated torn as well as the hard plastic inside !!!!!!!! Good for new game

I just keep buying it and it drops in price, what a coincidence.
I actually like the company however, the last package was sent in bubble wrap only and was damaged. As it is a military model I will work with it but this is the second time I have had transport damage. If it continues I will probably stop shopping here.
Shipping slower than expected. Products more expensive than other web suppliers. The best thing is the variety of the offer.
Too long
The delivery time was significantly longer than stated on the website. No notice regarding the extended delivery time Only after a response on my part was contact made
Not quite the quality you'd hoped for
Product I ordered was in stock when ordered, took weeks to get a response to the original order only to be told it was out of stock now. Disappointing.
Order error
I ordered the model kit and the advert stated immediate shipping but it took two days to ship arrived quite a few days after the estimated arrival time. Having said that it arrived in decent condition and the kit seems to be intact. Still not happy considering the cost of postage.
I'm missing a puzzle
My delivery was blocked due to an out-of-stock condition on three items (not visible when I placed the order... too bad! ). Delivery took a fortnight and was unblocked following my reminder. Well, all's well that ends well! But we can do better! Thank you so much.
Prices for kits are quite high, postage rates are stratospheric

Response to order was prompt and adequate. Did find 3 weeks between time of order and time of delivery to be very long.
The time between ordering and delivery takes way too long.!1 in my facade almost 3 weeks !!! with no notice or notification.
Thought I was buying from the uk as the web site was .co.uk took ages to arrive as it was from France, had I known this then would have expected a longer delivery time, will buy from them again when not needed quickly, products were as described and packed well

Order (display case) received in poor condition; the case broken, probably due to poor packaging for transport. A small box, containing the case; in a large cardboard box with a tiny bit of crumpled paper for cushioning. Out of the dozen or so 1001 Hobbies shipments, this is the only time this kind of incident has occurred.

Bag stained and damaged in places
Shipping without tracking + the delay from the estimated date are absolutely to be condemned. Otherwise all is well.
Deadline not met. Shipping costs higher than competition. No information during the waiting period. Apart from a sympathetic response when calling their switchboard. Ordered the same products + 1 other from a competitor. Delivery in 24h00, for the same price. Postage included. Perhaps the business and service model needs to be reviewed. Perfect packaging. And without animosity.
