Very disappointed with the wait despite reminder requests no way to communicate with you
Received on time. The outside of the parcel was perfect, but inside the packaging was damaged. Quality of preparation not great

Response to order was prompt and adequate. Did find 3 weeks between time of order and time of delivery to be very long.
The time between ordering and delivery takes way too long.!1 in my facade almost 3 weeks !!! with no notice or notification.
Thought I was buying from the uk as the web site was .co.uk took ages to arrive as it was from France, had I known this then would have expected a longer delivery time, will buy from them again when not needed quickly, products were as described and packed well
They don't answer to the mails...
Order (display case) received in poor condition; the case broken, probably due to poor packaging for transport. A small box, containing the case; in a large cardboard box with a tiny bit of crumpled paper for cushioning. Out of the dozen or so 1001 Hobbies shipments, this is the only time this kind of incident has occurred.

Bag stained and damaged in places
Shipping without tracking + the delay from the estimated date are absolutely to be condemned. Otherwise all is well.
Deadline not met. Shipping costs higher than competition. No information during the waiting period. Apart from a sympathetic response when calling their switchboard. Ordered the same products + 1 other from a competitor. Delivery in 24h00, for the same price. Postage included. Perhaps the business and service model needs to be reviewed. Perfect packaging. And without animosity.

Extensive catalog and fast shipping.
Received my package only in the bubble wrap with minor box damage. I consider that lucky because most items are usually bubble wrapped then placed in a box for shipping.
Delays too long as usual
Package sent from France to Canada thru the post office was only bubble wrapped!?! Won't use them again!!!!
Good but an order that comes in small pieces without sufficient explanation.information on shortages to be improved.
It was stopped at customs and I had to pay more for it.
The time until receipt was very long, and the information on the status of the order in the meantime was poor.
Required paint colors were not on the site, so I had to order them later after I received the kit.
OK on delivery - after care service awful. Possibly due to language and translation....did not realise it was eu rather than UK bases....
I regretted that the packages were so badly made and not very serious.
Package received almost a month after order (for two items advertised as "in stock").
The reason is because of the slowness in sending the product and if the cause is that some of them had not yet received it when the customer bought it, it seems to me not very serious. It has taken 12 days from Madrid to Barcelona, when in 15 days I have received shipments from China.
Longer delivery than stated.
A large number of references but a very long delivery time +10 days to receive a parcel where items are missing. Despite my reminder, I'm still waiting for a return and a reminder from customer service.
The site (in miniature motorcycles) is supplied, but the advertised availabilities are unreliable!
Great site - great price! First order delayed compared to what was advertised + one product that doesn't fit in our opinion (maybe bad luck). Otherwise, everything else is great! You can trust them.

Great prices, but headaches to go with it. Mostly on processing and shipping. I paid a processing fee, and it took almost a mont to ship and when it did, all they did was bubble wrap the item. No box. Of course the item shows up damaged. Now they want me to pay shipping to send it back. Good price, but be aware.
Several weeks to receive a credit note after returning an order, with reminders by e-mail, never a reply by phone despite calls during opening hours... Obliged to pay shipping costs each time (product return and new order)... Delivery in a box that was much too large and poorly sealed: 1 board game with damaged box. Less presentable gift :(((
