A figurine has not been dispatched even though it was available shortly after dispatch.

Delivered on time in perfect packaging, package tracking is perfect

Overall it has been satisfactory, it is true that the wait has been somewhat long, but it was something I had assumed when ordering as I ordered some items that were not in stock. So with the service provided by 1001 hobbies I am satisfied, not so with correos España.

Nothing to say order placed and as quickly shipped no problem in packaging and little surprise cards offered

Excellent responsiveness to a packaging problem: pots of Humbrol paint sent in a simple envelope and which had opened, a total disaster on arrival! With photos to back them up, everything was quickly renewed without any difficulty. So 1001 hobbies is fine, but watch your packaging!
