Hello. This is the first time I've had an order delivered somewhere other than my home, as it was for a young man. In his absence, the parcel was dropped off at a relay point previously designated by the recipient. Everything was perfect, the parcel was impeccable and the delivery time was respected.

I was reluctant to order from 1001hobbies because they are an overseas distributor and I needed my purchase ASAP. As it turned out, I received it in nine days which wasn't much longer than if I ordered it in the USA, Shipping charges were also reasonable. Nice work!

Bonjour, a toute et a tous, j'ai fait une commande, de 70 €, tout c'est bien passé, complète et bien livré, j'ai commandé par la suite 3 pot de couleur jaune, pareil envoyé rapide, mais là, pas bon du tout, les pots de peinture ouverts dans l'emballage, donc appeler, le service, une personne décroche 'Laure'je lui explique ,et de suite, même plus vite que 'bip bip ', elle me renvoit 3 pots gratuit, no peoblème, vraiment rien a dire de plus
