Wasn't informed from the start about import fees and still being charged VAT also so that was a downer. But the refund process was quick and the one and only time I had to speak to the team it was dealt with quickly professionally and the lady was lovely. Just the whole journey as a whole was disappointing

I had ordered something for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately, what I ordered (two bending figures) didn't arrive on time. There was also no information that the goods were not in stock. Only on request was there a corresponding and quick response (hence the one Steen!). If you order there as a guest, it doesn't seem to be important for 1001Hobbies and a return doesn't seem to be desired either...
