I went to the store in Paris 11 and was told that the item I wanted could only be purchased on the site! Order placed on the site on 16/12, payment made immediately. The available product was to be received within 2 to 4 days. Payment requested a second time on 18/12. Not having received proof of the 1st payment, I paid a second time to be sure of receiving it for Christmas. As a result, my order was counted twice (article and postage) because the 1st payment had been made! I was to receive my parcel before Christmas but then the product was no longer available! I sent messages and tried to call without any reply! Having received nothing for Christmas, I called and finally got an answer! I asked for the order to be cancelled and reimbursed! The same day, I got a message telling me that the parcel was in my box, while a message told me that the product was still being restocked! I'm willing to be understanding, it was Christmas, you were swamped, there's Covid, delivery times are hard to meet ... I'm not satisfied with this purchase and I do not recommend buying on your site!!!!

Amazing that a company that seeks so much feedback is so poor. Goods shown as in stock weren't, emails to customer service were ignored. Over a month from ordering to receiving my goods. Funniest thing was after leaving feedback on another site and making it clear I would never order from this company again, they sent me a code for a whole 10 euros off my next order!

I paid $45.99 extra for express shipping to make sure the order arrived before I left the address I was at at the time. When I remembered to check, 1001hobbies never sent it. I emailed to cancel the order because I would not be at that address by the time it would arrive - in fact I would be out of the country, but instead of cancelling the order, they happily announced that they just sent it. I complained again after it arrived, explaining again the situation and saying now I have bother a friend and pay international shipping if I want it order. I also said I would never order from them again. So 1001hobbies replied offering me free shipping on my next order! So just a play to get more money out of me instead of compensating me for my extra expenses. Very unpleasant experience and I do not at all recommend this company.
