Late delivery

Delay in the delivery of the order.

Delivery time much too long, information in advance about delivery date did not fit

Disappointed by the size i bought a rc car but in all the description there is no way to have the size of the car apart (Typically, a miniature car at 1/18 will be 18 times smaller than the real car.) but what is the real size ??

My order arrived well, but I had a problem. After placing the order, I did not receive an email confirming the shipment. I opened a ticket on the website, telling what had happened, and they replied that the post office had lost my package and that they could ship it without an item (which they no longer had). The next day, I was informed that the package had indeed been shipped back and arrived the next day. That is, if I had not opened a call about the order, I might not have received the order.

For a first, it was a first... to be continued!

It was very easy to find my way around the site. The only thing that didn't fit was the description of the product. Customer service did reply, but only very late and not in German.

They do not meet the delivery times indicated on the page. I had to contact them to find out what was going on and they shipped it almost a month later.

Not very proactive with communications after order placed, then multiple emails stating order on it's way when it had already been received ! Goods well packed and were as expected.

Error in the detail of the model voluntary or not model scale 1/200th this one does not make it. 1/200th is equal to 35, to 40 cm and here it's 14 cm given the promotional price I should have ?? in real life this is the size of the box of the 1/200th model made in china I put 3 stars for the delivery time, please be more precise in the detail of your model articles.

Shipping took a bit longer than expected but other than that, everything else was fine

While they got 2/3 of the order correct, they shipped an item that was incorrect. The item they shipped was no where even near close to what I paid for. Getting a refund on that item, or the item was difficult and required multiple e-mails to resolve. They opted to refund the cost of the item, but did not refund the added shipping cost they charged me. I will not be ordering from them again, and would advise others to avoid doing business with them.

I'm still waiting for a reply for the figurine I ordered in February.

The order took far too long to reach me.

My order included 6 models, and 5 out of 6 were the right ones. Surprising response, at first I get a reply asking for photos. Then they wrote to me asking me to send back the model that didn't correspond to the order, without even giving me any information about the one that was expected... finally, as trust reigns, they told me they'd send me the other one after I'd returned the wrong model. Commercially speaking, it's very average, and what's more, it's up to me to go fishing for information... great, guys! Too bad you're the only ones to distribute metal earth in France.

I did not receive the product that I ordered. I have been in contact with customer service and I anticipate the problem will be resolved.

Dropped the price of a purchased item hours after I purchased. Contacted them to see if they would refund the difference. Didn’t even reply back.

When i received my order in the envelope the sable brush no 00 was unusable. the bristles were crushed because the protection was no longer there.BIen REGRETABLE

Delivery time far exceeded.

Delayed because they said I didn’t give the correct shipping address when I did and could prove it. Not impressed since delivery address was the same as the billing address and clearly had both house number and street name. At least it finally arrived and in time for the birthday that I bought it for.

Website doesn't work pleasantly, but everything is in there and can be taken out (sometimes with difficulty). don't be alarmed because is great store with top products and good delivery.

Avoid , partial refund never received , primary customer relationship ...........

I am not satisfied, because I received my article very badly packed, and broken.

If you received an overpriced kit that was damaged by the parcel service, and you complain about it, the response you get is that you can return the package, but that you have to pay for the return shipment yourself and it has to be undamaged, opened etc etc. Surely you don't think I'm going to pay more than 7 euros for a damaged package which is completely wrong in terms of size and price. On other sites the package was 16.95 and not 42.95 like I paid. That is why I will never judge you positively....

Difficult to find what you're looking for

Very fast delivery but the little soldiers are very poorly finished, reconsider the way they are made.

Asked to cancel order before it was shipped. Written confirmation of cancelled order. No refund and then order shipped despite multiple emails asking where the refund was.
