Was wary as I hadnt heard of company before. But was extremely pleased with it. Good Prices, Easy to use Site, Good Delivery time. Will definatly be using them again and would happily reccomend to others.

Smooth transaction for a discontinued Futaba part which I couldn't locate in the US. Fast shipping although a shipping notification and tracking would have been nice. I was just about to open an inquiry when the order showed up in my mailbox.

Delivery date announced before Christmas, parcel finally received on the 27th with one article out of the 2! Site contacted, they tell me to have alerted me by email that one of the 2 articles is out of stock, but I had nothing, the email confirming shipment indicated well the 2 articles in the parcel. In the end I was sent another parcel. Serious after-sales service, but disappointed not to have received my items for Christmas... Hoping that the models will be of good quality
