Package very well packed. Very professional. A few concerns about the site: Normally in the French overseas departments, pricing should be exclusive of tax, as we pay sea taxes upon receipt. A LOT TOO MANY out-of-stocks displayed, which certainly attracts customers but gives a bad user experience.

Having been modelling for about 4 years I have used 1001hobbies on a couple of occasions and found their whole service fantastic and I also say that they have a lot of information regarding all aspects of modelling, about the trumpeter model I am waiting for I generally go on YouTube and get advice and tutorials regarding models I am interested in and found the rail gun kit, I looked on other major web sites and found that 1001 hobbies to be the cheapest and there was no delivery charge (which is always a good thing) so overall depending what you are looking for this company generally have everything you need and I am looking forward to starting on it soon .

Good experience. I asked for an item and they answered me quickly. I ordered it and in three days at home in perfect condition....

Fast delivery, satisfied with the construction kits ordered, a little less about the glue the needle is clogged with dried glue and so cannot be used, now have to do it with a thin brush. Glue probably fell over in the box due to transport.

This was a model made in the 1980's. The fact that it even exists is cool. It had some flaws from the factory, but I'm happy with it. Keep them coming.
