Product conforms, great packaging

Simple and efficient ordering. Item conforms to description. Fair price. If I had to make one criticism, it would be that the shipping and delivery of the order were not quicker, but isn't the first quality of a model maker patience? In any case, I'll be placing more orders with 1001 Hobbies.

They keep you informed of your order at all times, both in terms of preparation and shipping time. Products well packaged and protected. Only because of the specific dates of the order and holidays, it took a couple of days, but all reasonable. Recommended 100x100.

Great website and easy ordering process with updates on your order. Quick delivery considering it came from France. The only slight negative is that I would have liked better packing for my models, they were rattling around in the box with one piece of packing paper. A first shipment by Mondial Relais had problems, and I had to ask for a second shipment by another courier, which went very well. 1001hobbies is not directly responsible, but it cost them a star in my judgement.
