I've purchased from them several times for things I just couldn't find in the USA. The prices are a little high but regular shipping is reasonable. Once then shipment hit USA customs, I received regular emails about the shipment progress.

Efficiency, speed, professionalism, the only downside is not my hobbies but the carrier: once he didn't deliver, once he forgot about me, and the icing on the cake was that he delivered my parcel to a neighbor's house.
