The parcel was received on time, but the cardboard box was too big and the model box wasn't wedged into the box at all.

Excellent responsiveness to a packaging problem: pots of Humbrol paint sent in a simple envelope and which had opened, a total disaster on arrival! With photos to back them up, everything was quickly renewed without any difficulty. So 1001 hobbies is fine, but watch your packaging!

I was reluctant to order from 1001hobbies because they are an overseas distributor and I needed my purchase ASAP. As it turned out, I received it in nine days which wasn't much longer than if I ordered it in the USA, Shipping charges were also reasonable. Nice work!
