An Expedition department made up of people incapable of preparing an order correctly. Product missing on delivery, difference between the BL and the order, barcode labels rendering the purchased product unusable...... unheard of! The only positive point was a customer service team (Laure) who fought hard to repair the errors as best they could.... All this with an appreciable cheerfulness. But hey.... I won't be ordering from this site again
