An order that is in preparation for more than 7 days I have seen orders shipped in less than 2 days.
When you place the order, they give you an idea of how long it will take depending on the chosen option. Then it turns out that this is not the case, not even by approximation. Tell the truth, period.
It took me a month to receive my order.
Almost 3 weeks to receive my order.
I RECEIVED MY SECOND ORDER BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FIRST ORDER WHICH WAS MADE ON JANUARY 25. I WAS TOLD MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT ON JANUARY 28 AND TO EXPECT DELIVERY ON FEB 10 THRU 15. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. I WAS ADVISED MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT OUT LAST WEEK (MARCH 1) BUT I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO TRACK IT. DON'T KNOW WHAT TO BELEIVE. AT THE END OF FEBRUARY I SENT AN E-MAIL TO 1001HOBBIES REQUESTING THAT MY ORDERS WERE TO BE CANCELLED AND MY PAYMENT REFUNDED. I WAS NOTIFIED A FEW DAYS LATER THAT MY SECOND ORDER WAS SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY AND A FEW DAYS AFTER THAT WAS TOLD THAT MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT OUT. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY ON LINE HOBBY SHOP PURSHACE. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE USING OR RECOMMENDING 1001HOBBIES IN THE FUTURE.
Hello, on the site, everything I ordered is available, I pay, it's cashed. And when I receive my order, you tell me it's complete when there are two items missing that you give me as unavailable for the moment... Maybe review the stocks and update... I'm still waiting for an answer to my email .......
All items were supposedly in stock. One item was not. This in itself is not serious. Impossible to get a refund, I was only offered a credit note. Delivery times are a little longer than on other sites.... It still leaves me with a bitter taste.
My parcel took too long to arrive. The first time was the deliveryman's fault, and even though the store was kind enough to send it back to me (that's why I'm giving you 2 stars and not 1) they weren't at all attentive to me. They kept telling me that it was promised that the parcel would arrive in a few days, but I just kept waiting and the parcel never arrived. I really missed the communication from the store. I had the impression that they didn't care and each person told me a different story. Up until the third week, no one told me that the delay was because you didn't have it in stock. If you'd given me this information beforehand, I'd have been more relaxed, but no, every day the answer was: don't worry, the parcel will arrive within 3 days. And so I waited 3 weeks. Once I called for 1 hour and nobody answered. I understand that you can be busy but at least if you saw the calls, you could call me afterwards or send me an email to reassure me and tell me where my parcel is. The handling was very bad, which is a shame, because I have very bad memories of this purchase. This purchase was a real nightmare.

Nothing to say about the site. On the other hand, the delivery of my parcel took a very long time and this does not commit me to renewing an order!
The purchased kit (Amerigo Vespucci) with a price of over 1400€ is also available for 999€. Even if the seller is not responsible for the contents and quality of the kit, it is very much to be criticized that the deck planking, although described as walnut, is not walnut, that the included mahogany strips are not sufficient (I have already built many ships, also in museum quality, and have no above-average waste) and that the plans are somewhat often contradictory. Without really profound experience in building sailing ships, you can quickly despair. At least I received a voucher for 5 (in words: five) euros after a purchase of 1480€. There can be no complaints about the purchase process. But once again as a final assessment. 1001Hobbies is not responsible for the content and quality of the kit and the plans, but it is responsible for the clearly overpriced sales price.

Hello, Very good communication when the order is prepared, shipped, until receipt: top! On the other hand, when there is a problem that lasts a little (long supply, out of stock or an exchange to manage (I experience both cases at the moment), we receive no more news. The items received perfectly and according to what was ordered... except one of them that was not in stock... the score is so low because instead of giving me back my money paid for the undelivered item... they give me a voucher, and that seems to me not correct... I have complained and asked for a refund but they haven't even responded to me.
Disappointed by time to receive item which was shown as in stock when purchased. Subsequently advised waiting for new stock to come in.

Some results are good...!! But, I'm still waiting for the remainder: BDFX90FBX from November 2001, concerning mostly paints.... YES!!! let's talk about Humbrol acrylic paints !!!! They must have been in stock for several years because they are unusable because dried out, even with lots and lots of thinner it's impossible to get a correct texture!!! I'd like to know if the remainder (Ref.: AMMO-0220, zinc chromate green, HGW548010, decal Albatros D.III and AD6001 Gris primaire n°1) will ever reach me... If not I'd like a credit note or a refund for the amount of the missing items. I hope to have a reply soon, Best regards ATOUZET

Long delivery times
The products purchased are great, but I had to wait 18 days for my order to be shipped, plus then the actual delivery time. But these things can happen, the only downside was that for 12 days I received no news or update regarding the delay and had to send a reminder email myself to get updates. I still think it was just an isolated incident, but I think reviews should still be honest.
