When i received my order in the envelope the sable brush no 00 was unusable. the bristles were crushed because the protection was no longer there.BIen REGRETABLE

Delivery time far exceeded.

Delayed because they said I didn’t give the correct shipping address when I did and could prove it. Not impressed since delivery address was the same as the billing address and clearly had both house number and street name. At least it finally arrived and in time for the birthday that I bought it for.

If you received an overpriced kit that was damaged by the parcel service, and you complain about it, the response you get is that you can return the package, but that you have to pay for the return shipment yourself and it has to be undamaged, opened etc etc. Surely you don't think I'm going to pay more than 7 euros for a damaged package which is completely wrong in terms of size and price.
