Not easy to find a specific accessory such as a 1/72 verriere for P47 D. You need the exact designation to find it. Otherwise, delivery time a little too long.
Compliance with this article of the law: "article L. 111-1 of the French Consumer Code lays down a general obligation for the seller to provide information to the consumer " particularly on stock levels, so that the consumer can change seller if the stock is empty! Ambiguous information is not honest. This company's "stock" display should therefore be reviewed so as not to mislead the customer, which was my case. Delivered but in stages .... B.P
Not enough figurines
Item arrived perfect pity about the timing I waited for it more than 1 month .

For the items of my interest there is a large assortment but several are sold out and there is no telling when they will arrive. Many there is no photo . Some difficulty in some items to understand the scale.Answers to questions not fast.
The search function is limited, difficult to find WW1 aircraft, for example.

I was told my item wasn’t available two day post purchase. They offered me a similar item and told me I would not pay the balance. We thought it was a good gesture. However the item they sent was on sale for the same price. So we did think we where mislead. Then it took days to post abscess held up st customs because it didn’t have the proper paperwork. When it did arrive it had one wrap of bubble wrap ! Just one layer fir a 10kg item that had done electrical components. Poor show 1001 !
Site too expensive.
I wish they would have shown on their site which country they were located in. I would not have ordered had I know they were outside the USA. I figure it took twice as long to get my item, and had I had an issue with it I would not have attempted to send it back to some overseas address. I guess live and learn..
Order returned on 24/02/2022 and I'm still waiting for an exchange!
Phone can be manned goods better check if it is not damaged and or correct order, respond to mail earlier and faster

Good quality item except some which are advertised in metal and which are in plastic !!!!!! this should not happen, otherwise processing a little long.
Accepting orders that you don't have in stock creates problems. This has happened to me twice now.
Bof bof... out of 4 items ordered, finally some are out of stock, I replace them then finally I receive only half in my parcel, it's sent back again 1x. In short, I won't be coming back to this website.
Way too long delivery time
Product ordered in stock then finally reassorted, then reassortment date postponed... No comm and as luck would have it the order was sent without infoquant to the undelivered product on the same day as the cancellation request.
I didn't quite see the scale of the tank I bought. Too small for me. Sorry but I won't open it and I'll send it back to you without opening the box. That said, I'm quite happy with the rest. However, you did give me a. Wrong return delivery address. So not happy about that. But not happy at all
Ad claimed the model was 1/400 scale instead I received a 1/700 scale

Quick delivery and order conformity were respected, but it's a pity that the paints offered as complements were not exhaustive, for example the color blue 56 was not present, even though it's the main one. And without having the model, it's difficult to know in advance.
Checking the article before sending it to the customer could prevent inconvenience.
Very good choice, but when I place orders close together, I pay twice for postage even though they are grouped together.
An order that is in preparation for more than 7 days I have seen orders shipped in less than 2 days.
When you place the order, they give you an idea of how long it will take depending on the chosen option. Then it turns out that this is not the case, not even by approximation. Tell the truth, period.

I RECEIVED MY SECOND ORDER BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FIRST ORDER WHICH WAS MADE ON JANUARY 25. I WAS TOLD MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT ON JANUARY 28 AND TO EXPECT DELIVERY ON FEB 10 THRU 15. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. I WAS ADVISED MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT OUT LAST WEEK (MARCH 1) BUT I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO TRACK IT. DON'T KNOW WHAT TO BELEIVE. AT THE END OF FEBRUARY I SENT AN E-MAIL TO 1001HOBBIES REQUESTING THAT MY ORDERS WERE TO BE CANCELLED AND MY PAYMENT REFUNDED. I WAS NOTIFIED A FEW DAYS LATER THAT MY SECOND ORDER WAS SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY AND A FEW DAYS AFTER THAT WAS TOLD THAT MY FIRST ORDER WAS SENT OUT. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY ON LINE HOBBY SHOP PURSHACE. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE USING OR RECOMMENDING 1001HOBBIES IN THE FUTURE.
Hello, on the site, everything I ordered is available, I pay, it's cashed. And when I receive my order, you tell me it's complete when there are two items missing that you give me as unavailable for the moment... Maybe review the stocks and update... I'm still waiting for an answer to my email .......
All items were supposedly in stock. One item was not. This in itself is not serious. Impossible to get a refund, I was only offered a credit note. Delivery times are a little longer than on other sites.... It still leaves me with a bitter taste.
My parcel took too long to arrive. The first time was the deliveryman's fault, and even though the store was kind enough to send it back to me (that's why I'm giving you 2 stars and not 1) they weren't at all attentive to me. They kept telling me that it was promised that the parcel would arrive in a few days, but I just kept waiting and the parcel never arrived. I really missed the communication from the store. I had the impression that they didn't care and each person told me a different story. Up until the third week, no one told me that the delay was because you didn't have it in stock. If you'd given me this information beforehand, I'd have been more relaxed, but no, every day the answer was: don't worry, the parcel will arrive within 3 days. And so I waited 3 weeks. Once I called for 1 hour and nobody answered. I understand that you can be busy but at least if you saw the calls, you could call me afterwards or send me an email to reassure me and tell me where my parcel is. The handling was very bad, which is a shame, because I have very bad memories of this purchase. This purchase was a real nightmare.
