I was very pleased with the email communication from order to delivery, I was kept updated regularly, my order was delivered in 5 days to the UK from France, had no additional import fees due to order being below £135. I had seen some bad reviews for delivery and communication which made me a bit unsure about ordering from them at first, I have only had a positive experience and plan on placing another order soon, I am guessing the bad reviews were due to Brexit and covid which are out of anyone's control.
