Good experience although the shipping was very slow and the packaging unsuitable. The box (too large for the contents) arrived completely open, stuffed into a bag by the shipper. Fortunately, the contents were not damaged or lost. A regular padded envelope would have been a better packing system. Other than this inconvenience, nothing to complain about.
My order has not been completed yet, I am missing one item.

A little advance notice of the delay (in itself completely understandable) would have been appreciated. Thank you.

I've ordered from 1001 HB before and usually everything was fine, but this time the box with my model was packed in a box that was far too big, without any shock protection and gaping . When I opened the package, everything was scattered! Fortunately, nothing was broken.
Delivery took 17 days, when in theory it should have taken 3 (all products were in stock).
Incredibly slow delivery time. Paid for express shipping (max. 1 week) and recieved my order a month and a half later. The order tracker and invoice stated all the items were packaged however there was an entire kit missing. Not impressed whatsoever. Don't buy from this site.
Haven't received me stuff yet and the Track and Trace is not working so far order placed on the 18-01-2022 and it is now the 8-2022 a month later.
I give 2 stars because the box was damaged I am disappointed

Large selection of many different items, which can be a little confusing. Prices are fair, even if sometimes a little more expensive than elsewhere, but the choice makes up for it. Delivery costs are quite high, especially when the item is not available immediately, when you have paid for 48-hour delivery and then find out by chance on the order summary e-mail that the item is not available for 2 weeks 🤔 and above all no information from the site about a possible delay. Otherwise we re-ordered outside the holiday periods and the delivery and deadline was respected.
Fast delivery, but the package was badly packed, the box was twice as big as the items ordered, and they just wandered around inside without any padding or foam, bubble wrap, cardboard, etc. I expected better from this store. When it comes to models, you have to be careful.
Preparation and delivery took too long
For my first order it's almost a fiasco.5 products ordered because in stock on the site and only 3 delivered and that 15 days after the order. Far from the 5 to 7 days indicated. It was almost impossible to contact me by phone in the morning or in the afternoon to find out what had happened to my order. On the 12th day I had a contact person who told me that the 2 missing books had arrived and that my order would be dispatched the same day. Now I have a credit on my account and I don't know if I'll have to pay postage again if I use this credit to buy other books. E-mail exchanges don't lead to much and I must admit I'm pretty disappointed at the moment. BR
Sorry but I consider the waiting time too long and the package arrived half open with 2 boxes of 3 totally folded

Too long to ship.
It's a pity that when I placed my order, no message appeared to inform me that the requested quantity was not available. The result was 4 days lost to finalize my order, a new payment, reimbursement of the first order and a problem collecting the parcel... This does not call into question the quality of 1001 hobbies' service in general, which is very satisfactory.
I regret that products said to be in stock at the time of my order are in fact out of stock, which has compromised my order which took far too long to reach me.
Far too long a delay for the supply of mock-ups, with no warning or explanation. Unacceptable.
Parcel arrived but with a very/too long delay and unfortunately incomplete...I was however reimbursed for the missing product, fortunately I had made a PayPal payment as it was impossible for me to simply contact them. A very mixed experience for me.

Very disappointed with the order where the products (color) did not meet my expectations. the color contained in the jars was either very thick, bordering on usable, or completely hardened, and therefore unusable.

Give us the option of saving the basket before ordering, as we lose the basket when we leave the site without placing an order

Long delivery times before information. Stop promising a supply available in 2 days.
Slow delivery
Extremely disappointed. Ordered ten days before Christmas, I paid the full price to have the guarantee of receiving my package in time .... but Chronopost decided to return the package to sender for no reason! So I called 1001hobbies, who offered to return the parcel to me as soon as they received it... I finally received my parcel, more than 3 weeks late, but above all with the model without the starter kit initially requested. There was no commercial gesture, and I had to ask again and again to be reimbursed at least the difference in price between the model initially ordered and the one finally received!
Delay too long despite product marked in stock on the site
My order was not honoured and I had to ask for a refund several times.
Different product as advertised. Not the old die cut kit which I wanted. The newer laser cut kit was send.
I still have not received my order of 29 /12. Everything was available except for one product available in 2-4 weeks. Not even sent in 2 packages. I sent an email recently and as luck would have it, they sent part of the order after 3 weeks of waiting. Dissatisfied. But delays can happen in these times. Next time I'll go to a physical store...
Info that is not up to date on the site regarding the availability of items that put me in the sea.... for Christmas when you have to announce to your child that he will not have the long awaited gift.... and of course without giving any info .. thank you 1001 hobbies to display only positive comments after customer service easy to reach. It rocks the review
