Received in short time - great thanks...HOWEVER RTS-Nope. not even close .Missing rc controller and receiver- not happy... ...sent email via website asked for a bunch of stuff- not good ...nothing put together ie: rigging etc.. Called company. Was told Sorry "They always forget..". Hmmm... but sent right out missing pieces-great thanks HOWEVER .. Received w/Instructions ONLY in French-huh?Really not happy. Didn't even offer any type of compensation. Not again

I cancelled an order on December 28 (delivery scheduled for the 30th and the item was not really in stock). The item was nevertheless sent on 05 January. I had to go to the parcel post on January 11 to refuse it. What's more, I received an e-mail asking me to finalize an order that I had never placed. Someone from the company contacted me on January 14 to tell me that it was a computer bug (a bug that doesn't register a cancellation and creates fictitious orders...) and that the transfer would be made by the weekend. And as usual, only promises and no action behind them, apart from an order that will certainly never take place. It's January 18 and I've still got nothing in my account. In short, if you order from them, don't expect to be reimbursed if you cancel an order. Company with inadmissible ways of doing things

Disappointed with the delivery I had ordered a tube of glue with a long metal tip as well as paint the tube arrived broken in 2 the glue was spilled all over the envelope ... surprising that it was not better packaged or in a separate bag necessarily that in an envelope the tip would bend .... What's more, it took me a week to receive delivery.

I give 1 star only because it is impossible to give zero. Absolutely terrible and unreliable seller. Order placed on 0712 and never arrived. despite the tracking information communicate that the material has been delivered to an operational center SDA customer support first tells me that it has already been delivered later they have not even deigned to respond. By law an honest seller past the 30 days should resolve the issue or provide compensation but this was not the case in fact they stopped responding.

Order 243996 (or SEJRO3IRA) from 19122020 cancelled on 28122020. An order cannot have 2 different references (dubious management)??? I had to go and refuse the parcel (sent on 05012021) that 1001 maquettes should never have sent following the cancellation accepted on 28122020 before sending. The parcel is on its way back and seems to be blocked on the logistics site. As 1001 Maquettes has proof that the parcel is on the return and that I refused it, I am now requesting reimbursement of the direct debits made and cancellation of the following ones. I can see from TrustPilot that this company scorns its unhappy customers. If I don't get my money back soon, I'll be forced to contact other dissatisfied customers and take legal action, starting with the promises the company sent me by e-mail (which they haven't kept). I also received an e-mail asking me to finalize an order that I had never placed, nor even put the items in question in the shopping cart (attachment to the e-mail that I sent directly to the seller). Clearly this company takes the liberty of inventing fictitious orders BRAVO. I find these methods very limited

I placed the order on Dec. 12 it was supposed to arrive on the 18th so that I could ship the gifts to the appropriate people. As of Dec. 18 it shows delivered from the site - but no package to me. I ask for clarification from the courier who confirms that the package was returned to sender and that I should have heard from them. We are now a month after the order and I still do not receive a response as to where the ordered goods are. Nearly 100 € worth that no one knows where it went - and from the company no response to emails I send. Even on the phone they don't answer. I am sincerely concerned.

Despite fast delivery and attractive prices, I'm disappointed by the very poor quality of the puzzle pieces, which are extremely small (1500) and very thin. What's more, several pieces can correspond to several squares, making the puzzle almost impossible to put together. Misrepresentation of Shipping Speed, Poor Experience Estimate delivery date was 12/24/20. Ordered was placed on 12/15/20. A SIGNIFICANT upcharge for more rapid shipping was paid. No communication was given regarding shipping until 12/19/20. Item still has not arrived to destination. Tracking information provided had a dead link, had to independently find a tracking service which then showed by 1/7/21 the item was no where close to its final destination. I receive frequent emails from this website about reviewing my order and I haven't even received the item, which is incredibly obnoxious. This has been a terrible experience and I will never use this website or service for purchases again. Mistake made and lesson learned.

I can't recommend this company at all. I placed an order before Christmas with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. They gave me a Hermes tracking number which showed that it hadn't been collected until the 7th of January. I contacted 1001 Maquettes and Hermes several times up until that date. Hermes confirmed they'd never received a parcel and 1001 Marquettes blamed Hermes for delaying it. I was even told to go check at the port of arrival because it's probably there being held up by customs because of Brexit Christmas etc... Surprise surprise the day after I threaten to chargeback my credit card Hermes receive it. The expected delivery date? 12th of January. I can confirm that it does not take 5 days to get from Dover or Calais to London. Dodgy company lying staff. Will just send it all back and buy it elsewhere. Shame as I spend hundreds of pounds on modelling kit per month.
