They only publish reviews with 4 or 5 stars. Customer service does not respond to emails. The phone is not answered. I think this store needs to improve these aspects because there are other places on the Internet where to buy.

Truly awful company. Ordered some scale figures, then realised they were the wrong scale. Emailed to cancel. Even though they admitted that they hadn't yet sent them, they refused to cancel the order and went ahead and sent them! Will never use again, and advise everyone to avoid.

Some poor assholes
Apparently a French webshop, well hidden as a Dutch one. Brushes arrived somewhat damaged, and I was missing a jar of paint. I won't be ordering here again anytime soon....

The products are OK but with a total value of Euros 21.22 the shipping costs of Euros 16.99 are horrendously high and border on theft. You have just lost a customer!

Your answer doesn't solve the problem. I paid for a product I didn't receive, and I'm in possession of a product I have no use for! It's about time you showed some concern for your customers, who are your bread and butter, and took responsibility for your mistakes. What contempt for the customer! It's a shame
The relay point that you indicated to me is going to close in a fortnight and I don't know why all the parcels were sent back. I had to indicate a new relay point myself, so time was wasted for nothing.

I was contacted two days later saying that I would receive a refund for my shipping costs and that this would be complete within 14 working days. It's working day 19 and guess what? Yep, no refund, even after chasing them again. Seriously - how **bad** can customer service get?! If I could give a rating of less than one, I would.

I still have not received my order. It was shipped much later than the estimated delivery date (it was estimated to arrive the week of February 17 and they did not ship until the 25th) without anyone contacting me to warn me that there would be delays (the first news I had about the order was that it was deposited at the post office to be shipped on the 25th). On other platforms I have always been warned if there could be any delay or other type of incident but in this case nothing. I will never buy anything through this platform again.
Good sharing of information but when 1001 sends notifications of shipping that they would include what was shipped.

I canceled and revoked my order by email on the same day as there was no option to do so online. Then I was informed that my parcel was being prepared for dispatch. I called the hotline and ended up in France. Then I thought everything was sorted. In the evening I received a message from DHL that my shipment had been announced electronically. Another email. There was no reply via Paypal either. Perhaps I can find out here whether I should refuse to accept the parcel or accept it first and then send it back (30-day right of return). Communication is a catastrophe and there have been no replies to my many emails and inquiries.
