I am not happy, of the two models that I ordered I have only received one, the Diana vehicle, the other one "Waiting for replacement : Horch German Major Car (Kfz.15) Early Version" I have not had any news. I have tried to call several times and on the customer service phone there is a voice mail. The store has not contacted me by phone or email as other stores have done when an item was pending replacement. As long as I have no news from Customer Service or the model does not arrive I do not think I will buy again, it is a pity because it has good material that you can not find in other stores.

Good site, with lots of references, even if some are missing (e.g. Vallejo). Filters could be more relevant (e.g. set the model aircraft filter and end up with cars). It could be interesting to describe what the manufacturers do, to enable novices to choose with greater confidence.

I ordered in December but one large item was not in stock (although that wasn't stated when placing the order). Instead of refunding the 52 GBP they gave me a credit note. The item just came back in stock 6 months later so I put it in my basket but there was no way to apply my credit note. I had to phone them and they organised it at their end and I've just had delivery so all's well that ends well. I wasn't happy about getting a credit note when I actually requested a refund but I appreciate them sorting out my delivery now.

I ordered two items that were both listed as being in stock in February. I then proceeded to receive no updates on my order besides the fact that it was 'processing'. After I sent an multiple emails months later I was informed that one of my items was out of stock and the cost would be refunded to my account, and the other item was shipped and received with no further issues. It could be a problem with overseas shipping but I think communication regarding the status of my order could have been done better.

The packaging was not suitable for the contents ordered. The model boxes were damaged at the corners. No cardboard, only bubble wrap, not enough to guarantee the integrity of the parcels sent.

Unfortuntley due to unknown stock levels and long delays it has taken over a month for my order to arrive, and even then only in pat, and with a secondary request for a refund against the items that were not available. Its a seriesof unfortunate events, but the fact hat it took so long to resolve and it took several attempts from myself to get them to look into my issue means that it was not a great customer service experience.

The service was ok. the problem was shipping a fragile small piece of sheet brass in a shipping envelope was not very smart. Mine was bent and everyone knows once bent there is no going back. At least use a small box or a stiff piece of cardboard. Outside of that the art work is great.
