See my previous review regarding this company. Since I sent it I have at last received a refund. It's taken the best part of a month plus follow up calls. They receive a 2 star rating because at least I did get my money back.
When ordering it was not indicated that it would take time to arrive ...recu le 24 décembrez !!! That's hot for christmas presents. And when I e-mailed to find out why, I was told only that some items would take a long time to arrive ... without offering to send the ones that were in stock. The result was a lot of stress for me, which I wanted to avoid in the first place!
Have placed an order 29/12/2021 and also asked recently what the state of this order is, yet no one has replied to my request as of today 15/01/2022??????
I placed my order on December 3, 2021 and after months of waiting I still haven't received anything.
In the new site, it has become difficult to find static models of 1:43 scale cars
I've been waiting 15 days (I still haven't received the parcel), even though I placed the order on site and there's talk of a transfer between their warehouse in the Paris region and their store in Paris. Otherwise, the team is very pleasant and attentive, just the question of delivery times.

I tried to order something that they were supposed to have on the web but after waiting and waiting, it did not arrive. I was finally able to cancel the order and got my money back in full.
I have no idea if I will ever receive my order. It supposedly left France last month, but I have no idea where it is - maybe stuck at a port somewhere - or if I'll ever get it. And the online chat is in French. So I feel helpless.
On 26/11 I ordered a product indicated as being the last in stock. The order was validated and the amount debited. On 06/12 I received an email informing me that I would be reimbursed. The same day I received an automatic tracking email telling me that the package was awaiting preparation. On 09/12 I received a message informing me that I had been reimbursed. On 13/12 I receive another automatic message indicating that the parcel is awaiting preparation. I contacted customer service who confirmed that the order had been cancelled and that I should ignore the other messages. On the website, the order remains in progress for several days. I was indeed reimbursed. On 14/12 I tried to contact 1001 hobbies on the telephone number given. No one picked up and an automatic message said they were closed, without specifying opening hours. In the middle of the Christmas season for a hard-to-find product, such inaccuracies in follow-up communication don't necessarily make you want to place another order. Significant progress still needs to be made in terms of customer relations.
Order date: 26/12/2021 Hello, for my 1st order, I am very disappointed ... we are far from the 2 to 4 days of shipping! I chose your site, even if it meant paying a bit more, thinking I was dealing with professionals...(who respect customers... no info!) seeing that things weren't moving very fast, I recommended almost all the items on a well-known site, where you can buy anything you can sell on the internet.... the very next morning, I began to receive my 1st parcels ... and after three days, I had received everything! and cheaper! no comments! sorry, but this will be my 1st and last order on your site ...
The package arrived damaged a bit too bad
On 12/27/2021 I placed my order, I was assigned the number ODKOJXKBC, today 11/01//2022, I am still waiting to receive it.
The order was very easy to place on the site. Navigation was not a particular problem. It says that the item is on pre-order. But two and a half months after the release date, I still haven't received anything. No e-mail from the site to explain the situation. I wrote to the contact person who still hasn't replied. All I've received are promotional offers I don't care about. I'm waiting for my order. And I'm not going back to this site.
Hello, nothing to say about 1001 hobbies but about the carrier, the parcel was complete with several broken parts. these were thrown loose in the box, finally disappointed by this first shipment.
My shipping cost went from 15.oo to 49.oo after adding one very small and weightless item... Their shipping prices are confusing and seem high.
Order not received after a month, even though the items were indicated as available. I haven't heard from them, but I get a lot of advertising by e-mail...

Navigation on the website is not the easiest or the most intuitive but I manage to get where I want to go. I was never able to complete my order because the website would never properly process my payment method. I tried getting help from their helpline but I ran into the same issues. They claimed that my payment method was at fault…mmm, I used the same payment method at a competitor and had no issues what so ever. I would still like to shop 1001 hobbies but not for awhile. They have to figure this stuff out, and the excuse of there being a shortage of workers, seems sketchy. As I explained to the help desk person whom I was in contact with, the system was such a mess that I wasn’t even sure he/she was legitimate therefore I wasn’t going to risk giving them my financial information.
I haven't received the right product and I haven't had any answer for 10 days.

Order placed on December 1st for a product listed in stock. After 2 emails to the customer service department, I was told that delivery would be impossible for Christmas as I was being restocked. Parcel sent out and returned because wrong address given! Finally delivered on January 8. The product ordered is nevertheless in order.

Have ordered since 20/12 /2021 when all items were in stock I am told an item is missing since I am waiting for news so disappointed.
Purchase on December 9, we are on January 10 and I still have not received the order. I had to contact them myself because otherwise I knew absolutely nothing... very disappointed.

It is a pre-order ... and there the times given are very random .... otherwise once the product returned, everything goes well.
Got a lot of hassle with the order, emailed 5 times to find out when the expected order could be received. Too bad before that I was satisfied.
I had to make my purchase twice because the seller was unable to provide me with bank details for transferring the purchase price. Despite an eMai request and a phone call, I did not receive any bank details. With the 2nd order I then paid with paypal, although I didn't really want to.
