I'm 1 bit disappointed with the delivery time. I placed my order before January 1, 2022, and the package arrived on January 20.
I have already canceled the above order three times, but have received no response or reply to date. Only the message that the payment has not arrived. Now once again I cancel my order! Thank you!

The experience in this wed , It has been pretty bad three references are ordered , marked with stock available and after two weeks waiting for the shipment . But when they told me that the refund was going to take FOURTEEN days (not even in the worst times of Aliexpress) I decide that I prefer to wait for the items, they leave me hanging and do not answer again. I placed the order here because with the three items and counting the shipping costs . The price was very good. In the end the reference that arrived, cost the same as in other weds and I would have had it in four days. I didn't place an order because your website has become a gas factory and we don't understand a thing, at least not me personally.
Long overdue
I didn't like that the order I placed was supposed to arrive in 2-4 days and it took 10. Because I bought it for a specific date and couldn't give it away in time. If it is a time of many orders and there will be delays, they should put it in.

It would be a good idea to check the availability of your products before putting them up for sale, that would avoid the refunds I'm still waiting for. Best regards.
Obviously, there's a big discrepancy between stocks and the website: Order placed at the end of November, not dispatched until mid-December, fortunately my request for a refund was processed quickly.

What I bought has arrived, but my two orders were placed on the same day, they brought them to me together but they counted the shipment twice. I complained about it but they did not pay attention to me.
I received the wrong item and returned it as requested but have had no replacement, refund or any response since.
Placed an order for Xmas, with a published delivery time of 2 weeks. Should have been plenty of time. When there was no sign of it, I had to contact them to chase delivery. To be told there’s no way it would be delivered for Xmas! Therefore I had to cancel! COMMUNICATION IS PARAMOUNT.

ORDER DELAY
Was notified my address was not good for mailing with a PO Box! Changed my address but kept getting notices about the bad address even though I changed it!!! No good contact number to advise of the change, since y'all didn't check my address change before sending 3 or more notices!!!
A few errors concerning delivery, the proposal of relay points on the site or the parcel is not accepted, moreover in the first parcel there were not all the items ordered, however the people we call in the event of problems are very attentive and are not dishonest.
See my previous review regarding this company. Since I sent it I have at last received a refund. It's taken the best part of a month plus follow up calls. They receive a 2 star rating because at least I did get my money back.
When ordering it was not indicated that it would take time to arrive ...recu le 24 décembrez !!! That's hot for christmas presents. And when I e-mailed to find out why, I was told only that some items would take a long time to arrive ... without offering to send the ones that were in stock. I tried to order something that they were supposed to have on the web but after waiting and waiting, it did not arrive. I was finally able to cancel the order and got my money back in full.
I have no idea if I will ever receive my order. It supposedly left France last month, but I have no idea where it is - maybe stuck at a port somewhere - or if I'll ever get it. And the online chat is in French. So I feel helpless.
On 26/11 I ordered a product indicated as being the last in stock. The order was validated and the amount debited. On 06/12 I received an email informing me that I would be reimbursed. The same day I received an automatic tracking email telling me that the package was awaiting preparation. On 09/12 I received a message informing me that I had been reimbursed. On 13/12 I receive another automatic message indicating that the parcel is awaiting preparation. I contacted customer service who confirmed that the order had been cancelled and that I should ignore the other messages. On the website, the order remains in progress for several days. I was indeed reimbursed. On 14/12 I tried to contact 1001 hobbies on the telephone number given. No one picked up and an automatic message said they were closed, without specifying opening hours. In the middle of the Christmas season for a hard-to-find product, such inaccuracies in follow-up communication don't necessarily make you want to place another order. Significant progress still needs to be made in terms of customer relations.
