I regret that products said to be in stock at the time of my order are in fact out of stock, which has compromised my order which took far too long to reach me.

Far too long a delay for the supply of mock-ups, with no warning or explanation. Unacceptable.

Parcel arrived but with a very/too long delay and unfortunately incomplete...I was however reimbursed for the missing product, fortunately I had made a PayPal payment as it was impossible for me to simply contact them. A very mixed experience for me.

Very disappointed with the order where the products (color) did not meet my expectations. the color contained in the jars was either very thick, bordering on usable, or completely hardened, and therefore unusable.

Give us the option of saving the basket before ordering, as we lose the basket when we leave the site without placing an order

Slow delivery

Extremely disappointed. Ordered ten days before Christmas, I paid the full price to have the guarantee of receiving my package in time .... but Chronopost decided to return the package to sender for no reason! So I called 1001hobbies, who offered to return the parcel to me as soon as they received it... I finally received my parcel, more than 3 weeks late, but above all with the model without the starter kit initially requested. There was no commercial gesture, and I had to ask again and again to be reimbursed at least the difference in price between the model initially ordered and the one finally received!

Delay too long despite product marked in stock on the site

My order was not honoured and I had to ask for a refund several times.

Different product as advertised. Not the old die cut kit which I wanted. The newer laser cut kit was send.

I still have not received my order of 29 /12. Everything was available except for one product available in 2-4 weeks. Not even sent in 2 packages. I sent an email recently and as luck would have it, they sent part of the order after 3 weeks of waiting. Dissatisfied. But delays can happen in these times. Next time I'll go to a physical store...

Info that is not up to date on the site regarding the availability of items that put me in the sea.... for Christmas when you have to announce to your child that he will not have the long awaited gift.... and of course without giving any info .. thank you 1001 hobbies to display only positive comments after customer service easy to reach. It rocks the review

1 month to receive my order

It took an awful long time to arrive, your carrier or the agreement you have with them seems bad to me, I bought another product through ALIEXPRESS and it arrived from France in three days.

Delivery a little long due to product not being available...prices of rc items a little expensive

The first two deliveries were perfect. For the 3rd, I've been waiting for 13 days (order placed on 11/01) and only received information on 21/01.... One item was advertised for immediate delivery but ended up being out of stock.

My opinion in two points: 1 the scale model. Nothing to complain about, it's exactly what I ordered. 2 the delivery time. A long, long time... I ordered it... last year!

The website itself is not bad, but the commission could be better, I did not get a response when I asked where my order stayed, eventually I did receive my order after 3 weeks. It looks like it is a site from the netherlands but turns out to be from france.

The only issue that I had was with the M4A3E8 Sherman Thunderbolt IV. Upon receiving it and opening the box I noticed that one complete Sprue (B Sprue) was missing.

Very good offer in the store. Unfortunately, the packaging is inadequate and the goods are inadequately protected against damage, especially when traveling across borders. The delivery times are comparatively quite long >2 weeks.

The previous order was never delivered because 1 item was out of stock. Finally after waiting 4 weeks my entire order was cancelled and refunded, including the items that were in stock. Still placed another order but have been waiting for at least 2 weeks. Status is "pending" but I wonder if the order will actually come.

The experience in this wed , It has been pretty bad three references are ordered , marked with stock available and after two weeks waiting for the shipment . I ask and they tell me that two items do not have them . and if I do not ask no one says anything . TWO months to finalize a transaction. TWO months to finalize a transaction. In customer service the first week they answered regularly. But when they told me that the refund was going to take FOURTEEN days (not even in the worst times of Aliexpress) I decide that I prefer to wait for the items, they leave me hanging and do not answer again. I placed the order here because with the three items and counting the shipping costs . The price was very good. In the end the reference that arrived, cost the same as in other weds and I would have had it in four days. The model stores if anything is characterized by its seriousness, advice and good customer service. I had never had a single problem on the contrary. You have good prices taking advantage of offers and others. And it is a page that regularly appears in search engines. As recommended The two references that I am missing you still have them. How can we trust again in 1001 hobbies. I have read the comments on your site and you have a lot of the same cases.

I didn't place an order because your website has become a gas factory and we don't understand a thing, at least not me personally.

Long overdue

I didn't like that the order I placed was supposed to arrive in 2-4 days and it took 10. Because I bought it for a specific date and couldn't give it away in time. If it is a time of many orders and there will be delays, they should put it in.

It would be a good idea to check the availability of your products before putting them up for sale, that would avoid the refunds I'm still waiting for. Best regards.
