I ordered 2 models on 040121. I was told that the paints were out of stock (I tried to change the product to no avail). Since then I have tried to contact them by e-mail but they always send me the same e-mail with no solution! No way to contact them except by email! Very annoying
HAHAHA. The joke. Seriously. Item noted in stock and finally after two weeks yes but in fact no. Restocking. And finally a week later, well, the item is definitely out of stock. Pitiful organization. I struggled to get a refund. I got a notification after battling. I'm still waiting for the money to reach my account. I'm going to have to think about doing something other than trading.
Ordered paint on the 31st with colissimo at 980€ for delivery in 1 to 2 working days On the 11th no new order in preparation! Sent an email with no reply, impossible to reach by phone.
Returned item over a month ago for a refund. Still no refund. Chased up twice and told when they receive it I will get a refund. Royal Mail confirm they have my return. Would never use this company again.

Plenty of choice, but disappointed with the products! Despite fast delivery and attractive prices, I'm disappointed by the very poor quality of the puzzle pieces, which are extremely small (1500) and very thin. What's more, several pieces can correspond to several squares, making the puzzle almost impossible to put together. As someone who does a lot of puzzles and has a lot of patience, I've thrown my money out the window.
The whole experience was great. Packaging was excellent and it arrived as scheduled. Definitely doing more buisness with them.

I have NOT received any of the three orders I have placed and paid for. Regarding the last one (229785) I was informed by email of the following: We thank you for your comment and apologize for this incident. The package seems to have been lost so we suggest that you send the order to your address"" Can someone explain me how to send the package that has been lost to my address. Two months after making the payment I do not have the items ordered nor apparently a solution to this. I feel I have been cheated and the feeling of being helpless. Perhaps the only thing I can do is to file a complaint through the Consumers and Consumer Organization.
Misrepresentation of Shipping Speed, Poor Experience Estimate delivery date was 12/24/20. Ordered was placed on 12/15/20. A SIGNIFICANT upcharge for more rapid shipping was paid. No communication was given regarding shipping until 12/19/20. Item still has not arrived to destination. Tracking information provided had a dead link, had to independently find a tracking service which then showed by 1/7/21 the item was no where close to its final destination. I receive frequent emails from this website about reviewing my order and I haven't even received the item, which is incredibly obnoxious. This has been a terrible experience and I will never use this website or service for purchases again. Mistake made and lesson learned.
I can't recommend this company at all. I placed an order before Christmas with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. They gave me a Hermes tracking number which showed that it hadn't been collected until the 7th of January. I contacted 1001 Maquettes and Hermes several times up until that date. Hermes confirmed they'd never received a parcel and 1001 Marquettes blamed Hermes for delaying it. I was even told to go check at the port of arrival because it's probably there being held up by customs because of Brexit Christmas etc... Surprise surprise the day after I threaten to chargeback my credit card Hermes receive it. The expected delivery date? 12th of January. I can confirm that it does not take 5 days to get from Dover or Calais to London. Dodgy company lying staff. Will just send it all back and buy it elsewhere. Shame as I spend hundreds of pounds on modelling kit per month.

Ordered the Escalation Box Ordered the Escalation Box, Black Fortress. Weeks had passed and I'm still waiting despite it was mention on the web-site there are 4 items in stock. Now, as I see that I've ordered the wrong version of the box I can't find a way to cancel the order and get the refund. Highly dissappointing.
Order placed on 19122020 for delivery on the 30th. Cancellation requested on the 28th, even though the article had still not been dispatched and I had found a cheaper and faster alternative from a competitor. E-mail from 28122020 accepting the cancellation and refunding my first monthly payment. On 05012021 I receive an e-mail informing me that my item (supposed to be delivered on 30122020) has been shipped, but should never have been shipped. So I have to go to my local parcel shop to refuse the parcel and wait for it to be returned, just to get my refund for my first payment. This is unacceptable. It's the first and last time I'll be committing a fraud.

Since you ask for a review: very bad experience! Order placed on December 16 for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. First of all I was told that an item had to be retrieved from the supplier. The item according to your emails was not shipped until 3112. To date no package received the SDA tracking number appears to be non-existent. I sincerely hope it will arrive but reading the other comments I am very afraid!!! And then they wonder why one buys on Amazon.

Dear Sir or Madam I placed an order with you on 13.12. because the situation was presented in such a way that the desired products were immediately available (= in stock). On 14.12. I received a confirmation of this order. It was not until 23.12. that I was informed that delivery would be delayed because 2 of the 3 products were not in stock and could not be ordered. There is no contact address on the homepage. At the same time, the possibility of telephone advice is advertised. Nobody can be reached via the number, which is also almost impossible to find. I would like to cancel the entire order but I can't reach anyone. I have never experienced so little customer service. As I paid with Paypal, this will be the next step. Might be good if you explain which country you are actually operating and sourcing from. It isn't too clear from the site.

Inconsistent customer service following the loss of my parcel ordered on December 12. Terse emails with no explanation of how to replace the order or even refund it. No contact number. Today is 040121I have no news of my €70 which has gone up in smoke. The children are still waiting for their presents.

I placed an order on December 15 for paints and a paint-tool kit. To date, on January 4, my order has still not been dispatched. They justified this by saying that the kit in question was no longer in stock, even though it was available when I placed my order. What's more, I paid for a more expensive Colissimo delivery, only to receive nothing. So I cancelled my order and am waiting for a refund. Regarding the models, I find it shameful that, given the price of some of them (Titanic 03719 model at over 400 euros), neither paint nor tools are supplied. What's more, the prices on the site are unjustified. The same Titanic model at 340 euros on Amazon with delivery.

I cannot rate my order any lower. Not only did it arrive more than 15 days late according to the date indicated, but they also did not send one of the items I had purchased because they did not have it in stock. Not content with that, they have not even written me to tell me that they did not send it but they send me a discount voucher for that amount instead of making the refund because it is not a return but a failure in their warehouse. They impose an abusive price (about 70 euros) to avoid paying shipping costs and try to correct their mistake with a discount voucher that of course I do not intend to use because I do not intend to trust this company.
