Ordered on 11,12,21 should be in stock after demand his It comes on 27,12,21 after renewed demand on 4,1,22 his it comes on 5,1,22 today is the 10,1,22 and still nothing arrived.
Poor communication,order from early Dec.2021, still don't know when delivery will be made, mid Jan.2022 is listed....Other no follow up.
When I made the purchase it indicated that it would be delivered on January 3rd. As of today it has not arrived yet.
I have had problems with a slow delivery that has taken weeks to complete. Also, items are not showing as out of stock on the website.
It was a gift. The order was placed on the 26th and on their website they announced shipping in 3-5 days and it arrived today, preventing it from fulfilling its function. If they can't meet the shipping deadlines they should have informed you in advance. it is not acceptable.
I then requested a refund of my payment. At least that worked. Unfortunately I don't have the kit now, but I won't be ordering from1001hobbis again.
Lots of choice but long waiting times/delivery times
Delivery times on the site do not match actual delivery times. In fact, I still do not have my delivery!

The negative assessment is for having put on sale products that instead it was impossible to find and having ordered in early December in order to receive x Christmas this misunderstanding has created me a bit 'of problems ... Excellent instead the management of the problem a customercare always present with email updates and the resolution in the total refund took place in the time needed for foreign bank ...so to avoid the larks as sales and give real availability of products only then you acquire loyalty from customers!
Following the purchase of a model that I returned without opening the package (because the person had bought the same model ...) I bought another model while waiting for the refund of the first since 07/12 no refund no news and unreachable by phone .... for purchases fast delivery but returns is something else
Shipping takes too long
I understand the timing of my order, but when you assure that it will arrive on time, you have to do it. Besides, there is no instructions on how to return the product.
It's a shame the paints aren't included.

Order incomplete, boat not possible to assemble waiting for supplier no news since 25/12; customer service replied but for the moment I have no solution. So I can't give you the highest mark, but the order went well, the package was well packed and received in ten days.
At this high price I was expecting a thick plastic cockpit like the original. What I got instead was a very light, poor-quality plastic cockpit. And when I see that I have to pay for a possible return if I'm not satisfied, this would be almost the price of a new model. I'm very disappointed.
Delivery time too long. A date should be given if shipment cannot be made immediately.
Fast delivery, shame to have to pay to use PayPal, and to advertise free delivery only to end up charging for it, it's a bit average.

I paid 2 x the order. I explained my problem. All I received in return was an automatic official letter... I still don't know why I received an email with a request to pay. for another order no. and so I paid 2 x....
I purchased a gift at 1001hobbies.com. The gift was mailed to my address instead of the shipping address. I paid extra for gift wrap, and the wrapping looked like it was just an old newspaper, loosely taped together, very sloppy.
It took 10 days after the order to tell me that an item was missing. I asked for a refund and then an email informed me that I would receive the item (which was almost twice as expensive as the competition) and then with 22 or 23 emails received it was too much Result: I received everything but it was very very complicated.
Order took a very, very long time to be sent. Impossible to reach by phone and ship reply by email. It was for a Christmas present and received in January...Not very satisfied. Otherwise, lots of choice on the site and the items are very pretty.
The company service worked well, delivery was complete but unfortunately delayed several times. It is unacceptable that the parcel was simply left on the street in front of the house without any notice, making it accessible to third parties. Several deliveries have already been lost in this way. The delivery service is beneath contempt and therefore in the bottom drawer. Something like this makes me think very critically about my customer relationship in future and possibly not order anything else.
As I didn't receive the order before Christmas, I can't give it a good mark.

Order was delivered more than a week late. Delivery times are not correct at all.
Original order went missing, but they did re-send the order, but too late for Christmas. Inadequate communication from the start from 1001hobbies, which left us anxious for the 5 weeks between our order and eventual delivery, but we did receive our parcel in the end, containing a model which promises to be very exciting. I still don't know the reason for the delay, as my several messages to them have gone without reply. I guess they were busier than anticipated this year.

I ordered a submarine model for my son for Christmas ordering the recommend paints that were listed against the model. When my son opened the box to start to build the model on Boxing Day, we discovered that only one of the paints recommended was correct and I’d wasted £22 on needless paints! I have written to complain and heard nothing back. Won’t be using again.
Everything was fine. Except for the shipping that took a while. And I bought twice by mistake and one shipment did not give me the option to return and they sent me twice the same order.
I’m only giving 2 stars because the items were fine when they eventually arrived. Listed as 3-5 days delivery, they arrived after 13 days. They don’t answer the phone or answer emails. I paid extra to use PayPal, and extra for gift wrapping. The gift wrapping was appalling. Items arrived too late to give as an Xmas present. I won’t be using this company again.
I am satisfied with 2 products purchased. Now, I regret that they were sent very late. When I placed my order (November 27), 1 of the 2 products was in stock and the other should have arrived within 2 to 4 weeks, i.e., before Christmas (they were Christmas gifts, so I was confident I'd be able to get them in time....). Unfortunately, after some time, I received a message from the site telling me that, due to stock shortages, my 2 items were going to be shipped to me after Christmas for receipt on the 30th. The baubles!!! No more Christmas presents!!! Fortunately, it was for people who no longer believe in Santa Claus and who had to make do with gift certificates while waiting for my parcel to arrive... I think a commercial gesture would have been welcome to compensate for this delay... Too bad they didn't offer me anything (even though my order was around 100 euros, which is no small amount...). So I'm a bit disappointed...
I placed my order on 4/12 to receive it in time for Christmas, my order was late... It still arrived before Christmas (on 24/12) but unfortunately I wasn't there to collect my parcel... On the other hand, I had almost 0 information on the whereabouts of our parcel, which I find very unfortunate and annoying.
The product was fine, but did not arrive in time for Christmas Day. I was warned that there was going to be a delay and asked for confirmation if it was not going to arrive in time to buy something else..... There was no reply and it did not arrive in time.
Package ordered December 16 with expected delivery between December 20 and 23 arrived December 28. It was a gift for Christmas... So on December 24 I had to rush to find an alternative.... Very annoying...
The search engine is approximate given the number of products you have a lack of description on the product sheets
They should communicate the non-existence of the requested material, to give the option to cancel it and expedite the shipment of the material that they do have in stock.
Finding products from your suppliers is too slow, as is shipping. The products for sale are great and from many brands.
