Well, there were 2 pre-orders and they arrived earlier than expected, so I'm quite happy with the situation. The boxes arrived in perfect condition, so everything is perfect.

Package received quickly. One downside: the crystal box was broken in one corner. Personally, it doesn't bother me because I can hide it (it's for housing a diorama), but I would understand if it doesn't suit others (NB: I have already seen the same issue in reviews on your site)

I ordered 4 gold USA aircraft lapel pins. The illustrations and detailed descriptions gave a good idea of what the final product looked like, and matched the items received. The size of the lapel pin appeared to be just right. They were. The ordering process was simple. The company kept me alerted to shipping and expected delivery date. The items received were well made, and looked just as illustrated. Missing from their extensive line-up was a DC-3 /C-47. I'll follow-up to see if I missed that one.
