Despite 10 months of delay in delivery, refusal from the merchant to cancel the order, except to charge me an abusive penalty. The merchant didn't even offer to send the second product separately while it was available. Customer service unreachable by phone. However, the merchant has no qualms about charging and collecting the amounts immediately (10 months of cash advance at the customer's expense). Disgraceful practices and no consideration for the customer.
