I ORDERED A REVELL PLOW IN 1/32 WITH VARIOUS ACCESSORIES AT THE END OF FEBRUARY. TO DATE, I HAVE RECEIVED THE ACCESSORIES BUT NO TRACE OF THE MODEL, IN FACT WITH THE LAST PACKAGE (WHICH WAS AN A4 ENVELOPE) IT WAS WRITTEN THAT MY ORDER WAS COMPLETE. AFTER 2 AND A HALF MONTHS, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE MODEL AND ALSO FOR RESPONSES TO MY NUMEROUS EMAILS SENT, VERY POOR SERVICE.
