Terrible experience! I bought a dimatex backpack but besides the delay in shipping, they do not respond to emails and if they do, it takes many days. The product received does not match the one in the photo and despite having contacted them, I have never received a response. Terrible. The backpack received can be found on the official site for 40 euros less. I bought it because the photo depicted a different version not present on the official site. Never again with them.

No, I stick to my first impression. I received an order 1 year after paying. If I hadn't left a negative review, I probably would never have received it. And I made almost a hundred calls, sent emails. I had to mistakenly place a second order for the first one to be sent to me. And, of course, no apologies, no commercial gesture.

Way too long between the order and delivery
I ordered an F1 pipe that is of poor quality and arrived broken, and a credit of 5€ is great, I just lost 17.65€ and the pipes are unusable, trash
My package took 1 year to arrive
I ended up spending money after 2 orders that did not arrive. I don't think I will buy again.

Perhaps the least efficient site I have had the opportunity to order from. Perhaps the worst. Prices too high, terrible customer service, random information on the products sold, "very elastic" delivery times... I do not recommend, other sites are much more efficient, including one: Super-Hobby.com

I am very disappointed with the way my order is being handled. The website states that my package is “shipped”, but according to the tracking from Mondial Relay, it has been stuck with the sender since March 13. Despite several attempts, I have not received any response from customer service. To this day, I still have not received my package and have not received a clear explanation. This is frustrating and unprofessional. I expect a response and a concrete solution soon.

I bought 7 products and they only sent me 6. They do not offer me a refund; they only give me the option to exchange it for another product, with me paying the shipping costs, or a voucher for a future purchase. To top it off, they didn't even inform me that they would send fewer products than I paid for. In summary, a total disappointment. This page seems completely unreliable to me.

Purchased an item that was supposed to be available in stock and shipped the same day.
