Time to get my order (1 month), poor quality of the packing (7 paint pots without protection against crashing. The same order with another provider came with a solid package protecting the products. poor quality of the updated info about the delayed sending of the command. The very only positive point is Alison from customer service. My conclusion: I've ordered once by 1001 hobbies, never again!!!

I waited over 4 (four) months to receive what I requested and this was due to the omission of clearly indicating that one of the requested products was not available. Following this, due to my pressing inquiry, one of the two substitute products I requested, although present in the catalog, was not available. I won't add anything else except that I had to go personally to the courier because 'home delivery' was not included. I clicked on ONE star rating but for ME you are ZERO. I hope to not hear from you again unless you organize the presentation of product availability that you post for sale better.

Received my order, all glass containers and none of them were wrapped in any sort of protective wrap. One bottle was received broken with the contents all over the inside of the package. I have written many emails trying to get in touch with someone to correct the problem. Only one correspondence and problem still not solved. Waiting to here back, it’s been a couple of weeks already

A scam!!! I ordered games for Christmas on this site. There was a delay, I didn't say anything at first, but after two weeks after Christmas, I bought the games elsewhere and wrote to cancel my order. I received no response. TWO MONTHS LATER, I receive an email saying that my order has been shipped! I wrote another email telling them that, given the delay, I wanted to cancel this order and request a refund. It couldn't have been a bigger disaster! on december the 5th i ordered two toys for christmas. after i got the information that currently they were not available, i canceled the order on december 15th, asking for my money back. i wrote several e-mails over the following weeks, all of them were completely ignored. the credit card company managed to get my money back. and suddenly in february, 1001 hobbies sent me the toys, as if nothing had happened. i didn't accept the package. it is on its way back now. so customer service at 1001 hobbies isn't just bad, it simply does not exist. i highly recommend not buying from them.
