Delay of more than two months for a supposedly available set! And still the same response, it's coming!
When you placed your order, you selected three products, two of which were available in immediate stock. Following your contact with our customer service, we split your order to ship you the products that were already available without delay.
Regarding the third item, it unfortunately fell victim to its success. When we ordered from our supplier Coby, it was indicated as available, but it later turned out that it was being restocked.

I sent 1 in already...the generator model is crap. To remove the pieces from the molds was difficult & tedious & a few pieces broke because of the difficulty to remove them. Also several pieces were missing. Brutal design to access the individual pieces without breaking them. Not recommended for those type of manufactured models.

Order placed in January, received at the end of March. Too long....

You have to pay shipping costs and have it delivered to a pickup point by DPD, it's sad to be scolded when you're there, you should have better pickup times listed, it works better. Oh yes, the package could have just gone through the mailbox... Am I getting shipping costs back now?

4: Delivery time largely not respected. Disappointing.
I did not receive what I expected due to an announcement that was absolutely not clear. In the end, I found myself paying for products that are 4 times more expensive than elsewhere (40 euros for a prismatic booster in English version) while the announcement clearly implied that I would receive 4.

Not happy at all, I only received one item out of the three, the second is awaiting delivery and I decided to cancel the third. It's the fault of the stupid policy of 1001 hobbies which explains to refer to its T&Cs: understanding that available at 1001 hobbies means in stock at the supplier, you have to read available and shipped within 48 hours to understand that it is really in stock.... flee this site

Long delivery with only one parcel out of the 2 ordered. What's more, the cardboard box was damaged, as was the box containing my product. The model is fine. The paint set is bad (some jars are half empty and dry, others are filled with too much water). Delivery time is very bad (1 month wait).
Delay of 2 months in the shipment of 6 products, 1 is incorrect and 2 others are missing for shipment. A real failure on their part and I am also not satisfied that the products sold to me at the beginning of January are now asking me to place another order to replace them with others. I am not satisfied with this solution. I want a refund for the money paid for the products not received and also for the incorrect order received.
