I had problems adding products to the cart. They answer the phone whenever they feel like it. Very long delivery time, almost a month. The order arrived incomplete. They processed the return of the item they had not sent, but without any explanation or apology.
Product "available", but almost 1 month to receive it
I wanted to modify/cancel my order but no one responded to me in 1 week (by email and phone). Customer service non-existent.
The product arrived in excellent condition, however, even though it was marked for same-day shipping, the product took much longer than expected, more than a week after the estimated date when selecting the shipping method. I would buy again considering that the shipping takes longer.
Nothing to say about the website experience, it's with the delivery that everything goes wrong.. Chronopost is no longer a reliable delivery system (in my case, change of pickup point without reasons or my consent). I know that I will not order again on the site with this delivery service.
Almost 2 months to receive a supposedly in-stock package, is that normal??? As a loyal customer, I remain disappointed...
A box is missing and a product description was not accurate....

Waiting time a bit too long, one of the two products was missing

I find that the delivery time is way too long, almost 14 days, it's not normal just for model glue.
"Vintage" product. If I remember correctly, the castings were better made back then. I don't recall having to redo all the contours of certain figurines whose plastic was excessively oozing.

Good responsiveness from the seller. Unfortunately, the boxes were a bit crushed upon arrival. Also, no plastic wrap, which raises doubts about whether we bought new...
More than a month and a half to receive the order. Several emails received in the first 3 weeks after the order to report delays, while all items were marked as available on the site, then nothing.... I am missing a Tamiya XF 66 paint pot that I have reported, and no response except to offer me a €10 voucher which does not interest me! I only want my missing pot. I ordered 8 items and one is missing. What would it be if I had ordered 50 🤔🤔
