Took 2 months and multiple complaints to get item Placed an order in mid-December, money debited from card, by mid-January nothing had arrived. Sent several complaints via email and their Facebook page. Eventually the item was sent in early February.

It doesn't really look like a model, it looks more like a child's toy! Very disappointed.

I was asked to review my experience before receipt of goods.... mah! Anyway I describe my experience (still unfinished): January 17 order sent from 1001 but never arrived at destination.... second order from 3001 .... merged with the first one (probably the goods returned to the sender) the two orders were merged but as of today (February 8) still not shipped. One does not expect Amazon's punctuality and speed but some more info and above all avoid sending messages ""goods to destination"" when you still do not know where it is. I hope this only happened to me.... I remain waiting. Update Feb 22: Order still not shipped

After ordering a model for a Christmas gift this one arrived a month late so I bought another c xxx gift and upon receipt of the model I sent it back to you for reimbursement on January 22 to date no news of my reimbursement.

Dreadful service - avoid this company Ordered a model on 31st December and it only arrived on the 6th February. Only managed to get hold of their customers services to find out what was going on three times - many emails got ignored or unanswered. Model was shipped to the UK from France and the excuse given was distribution problems and brexit but I had ordered another model from a supplier in France on 22nd January and it arrived just 8 days later so I cannot accept this. After waiting six weeks, I even had to demand my money back. I did get my model eventually, but absolutely dreadful, shocking customer service. I will never use them again and strongly suggest that anybody else think very hard before doing so either. A horrendous exercise in misery and pain.

Since November 25, 2020 I placed an order worth 7689 euros and after many emails asking me basically for understanding and patience, I have had to consider the order cancelled on January 11, 2021. They even reply to my mail saying that I will have the amount refunded in 14 working days at the most. However, they could not make it so easy. Today is February 6, 2021 (19 working days later). I write another email and they don't even answer. In short, they have kept 7689 EUROS without processing or refunding the amount 4 MONTHS ago and they have HURT them and they ask me for understanding and patience. Order placed on 26012021 transfer accepted and cashed package shipped not yet arrived and we are at 06022021. Impossible to have contact with seller secretary in unclear French language. I was planning to buy other models even expensive ones but I will carefully avoid doing so by giving you bad publicity I will go to the consumer association trying to get my rights.

I haven't received the order yet, maybe tomorrow.

Dit is gewoon complete afzetterij en de schepen die zij verkopen heb je elders al voor de helft. Gewoon schandalig dat dit gewoon mag. Nogmaals, ik weet niet hoe de afhandeling van bestellingen is of dat de prijs van andere producten lager is, maar het loont zich zeker om elders te zoeken.

I bought from you two items one arrived to me completely wrong the other after 20 days still has not arrived I have sent multiple emails to the French and Italian site with headquarters in Milan and Italian phone number to which they answer only in French or English which is absurd I have also tried to communicate in the Facebook page to no avail because the page is not active you are a bunch of scammers but do not worry I for €80 I do not become poor I will report to the competent police force your unserious position and I repeat of scammers shame on you God damn you....

I am still waiting for them to give me a solution so that I can return the wrong order I have sent a lot of emails and phoned and no one has given me a solution.

The delivery is not complete. The decals have not been delivered. The delivery is marked as fully delivered in the system. Annoying because it was a first order. Will there be a subsequent delivery? Or will I be stuck with the difference? Greetings

Not only do they not meet the delivery time indicated at the time of purchase, but when asked for information about it, the information they give is not truthful. The delivery time is part of the shopping experience and the commitment of the store giving a bad image to the consumer. I will think a lot about buying from 1001 maque again.

Incomplete model (cockpit missing, several parts missing, instructions etc...) and you're led astray, told that the information will be passed on to the supplier????? I don't care about the supplier, I'm your customer and they don't offer me a refund or delivery of the missing parts. A disgraceful site to run away from because no respect

Hello I give this notice for two reasons bad packaging the tube of glue twisted it was in bulk!!! more I made a payment error (I made twice the same order. I immediately sent an error message and they didn't take it into account. On the other hand, I received both orders in a single package????. Impossible to get them on the phone. They're very good at taking money, but to refund me 19euros 50 you have to wait 3 weeks. So I don't recommend this site You won 30 euros lost one

Had a delivery that was damaged on arrival. After contacting 1001 models they replaced the item free of charge. Great service!

Shipment was pretty quick (Within a week) but all emails were in French. Hard to understand being Dutch yet doable. Recommend to do this in English. Packing was solid.

I place an order I pay and after a few days they tell me it is no longer available. They don't refund me but pretend to give me a shopping voucher that I honestly don't need. I try to use the voucher to not lose the money but it doesn't work. I ask customer service for explanation with several emails but no response. Very cleverly they stole my money. Avoid writing me now that I will be contacted by customer service with an automated message because no one believes it.

Order placed on 04122020...and still nothing received... And no news!!! Initial order misplaced during delivery. The store sent me the order again on 2412.... I placed an order for a Christmas present for our son. After one use the product doesn't work anymore. No way to contact 1001 Maquettes even after sending 3 emails to the contact address mentioned on the site. I am very disappointed as there is no way to return the product. After sales service
