I'm in the same situation as many of these people: I placed an order on 1002 and to date I've received nothing: the items are still being prepared, but they say they'll be delivered within 3-4 days. However, the amount has been debited from my account.

Sent the wrong plane, feel duped Hi, Although I appreciated you sending me a ""super chipmunk"", and promptly, it was not all the same as the one I was expecting - the box is totally different and the plane is much smaller than shown. I was expecting the MHD or ""Thunder Tiger"" Chipmunk with 51"" WS as you showed, but instead got the small ""World Models"" which only had a 39"" WS. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd know this. I hoped you weren't trying to cheat me....

Order Number LZNR70WXX I ordered a model on 16th November 2020 and £74.25 was taken from my bank account. It appears that Hermes made two attempts but were unable to deliver the package and returned it to you. We have had numerous other parcels delivered by Hermes. Hermes Tracking Number 551639530371039.. Nothing was heard from you, nor my money returned, so I phoned you on the number you advertise, which appears to be no longer available. I got through and a very nice lady told me she had a record of this and was waiting for the warehouse to issue the necessary document. She said she would chase it and let me know within the next day or so. This model is the last one you have in stack so is important. Needless to say, despite trying to contact you, I haven't heard a word so far and wonder if you would be kind enough to take some interest in this matter and either return my money or send the model.

Item conformed to description however I was hugely disappointed with customer service. Facing a manifestation of bugs of their servers and a new order issued I received the item well over 2 weeks after the order without receiving news regarding the status of the same despite several emails sent to ask for clarification. To top it off beyond bad service a price doubled compared to other ecommerce sites.
