Actually free shipping from 69€, I paid shipping and handling fee. Too bad! Much more expensive than I realized, I would actually return the item and ask for the money back. But I needed the item immediately 🙁
Delivery time too long and sales service not great.
Very slow delivery
We wanted this kit for a Christmas present but the kit came in a box that had been crushed when it had been packed. So it is not a satisfactory present.
Happy with my order. But disappointed by the packaging which I paid 2.50 € to have an unfinished package, it lacks at least 20 cm of paper so we see the inside of the gift ... I am forced to redo it

Order arrived on time and everything was correct. However, tracking the package through the track and trace was impossible. Through the link we ended up on a French website, where there was no translation. This made receiving the order a bit messy.

I am satisfied with the speed of delivery of the package, but very disappointed with the quality of service concerning the implementation of gift wrap and gift message, service charged 2 €50, I had to redo the gift wrap and no message, fortunately I received the package instead of shipping it to the person concerned by the gift, I would have been too ashamed...
Delivery was returned by DHL - only DHL.... knows why Credit note took a very long time and had to be claimed several times. I find a German homepage with a German telephone number and email address irritating and when I call, a call center (or something) in France answers, where you have little command of the English language.
I have only received part of the order and am still waiting for the second delivery. Problem management also leaves a lot to be desired. I placed my order three months ago and have not yet received a credit note.
The order does not correspond to what was described as 125 sheets and I have received 10 sheets.
Very long lead times (3 weeks to receive the item). Collection point changes at the last minute and further away than the one chosen.

Order took a long time to arrive
Average delivery. Package damaged. 1 box damaged inside with broken figurine parts.
Mistake. a product received does not correspond at all to the product ordered. Fortunately, this rarely happens, but before the holidays, it's a bit of a bummer.
Preparation a little long
The prices are attractive, I easily found what I wanted. The big negative point was the delivery time. We've got out of the habit of having to wait 15 days. If this had been specified, I would have been more reassured, as I didn't know the site and was afraid of a scam. Next time I'll do it in advance....
I was expecting my order within the number of working days, which largely corresponded to my planned birthday. Delivery took a little, long 2 weeks
I paid almost 13 euros for the Advent calendar to arrive on the 1st, and it arrived on the 9th.
Too easy to send a message after ordering to report a delay when it's the stock that's poorly managed.
Model delivered with damaged box and with missing instructions… I could not determine if any other items were also missing.. I agreed to accept a store credit but every time I try to use it with another purchase it is rejected. Buying from this company is problematic and not a good experience.
