Too bad there is no such thing as 0. I placed an order on 1312 with a supposed delivery date of 1712. After several reminders radio silence. I chose the articles specifically to have them for Christmas and it will not be the case. More than 10€ FOR SHIPPING. It's all nonsense and taking people for idiots. I'm disgusted. I don't recommend it and would like to be remitted.
My request for a refund is deliberately ignored! Several days after placing my order, I was informed that my item was no longer available due to a stock problem. I asked for a refund. No response. The shipping time didnt seem very clear and I was unaware of how long my order would take. Once the shipping commenced it gave me a better idea of its status just still not an overall delivery date. Otherwise I was very pleased.

Disappointed. Order placed on 0512 on the basis of available items. Delivery within 4 to 6 working days. Credit card debited on the FRIDAY. On the 11th, with no news, I contacted 1001 Maquettes and received a reply on the 14th: product received this weekend. Then on the 15th I learned that the main product was on its way from a supplier. By this I mean""article indisponible"" or ""en cours d'approvisionnement"". None of these mentions appeared on the site at the time of the order. To date, SEVEN of these items are advertised as available. As for telephone contact, it rings in the void. I do not recommend this merchant.
