Fast shipping and no issues to United States The negative comments regarding shipping coming from the US I don't think are fair. We are in the middle of a pandemic as we all know and I know businesses are doing the best they can. They also can't control the shipping speed. We need to understand that all falls on the courier's. Anyway, I placed my order and checked on it periodically and it kept updating until it shipped. Once it did, I got tracking and my order came in very quickly. It's worth noting that it was with normal shipping speed also. I would gladly order from these people again. I can only speak from my experience and it was excellent! Thank you again 1001 Modelkits!

Has a lot of products unbearably unintuitive however. Searched for something and it doesn't show up instead the results are rammed with random crap nothing to do with what I seached for when later I'm browsing and the thing I was looking for is there huge pain in the ass trying to find anything in particular on this site.

Ordered a model on 31st December and it only arrived on the 6th February. Only managed to get hold of their customers services to find out what was going on three times - many emails got ignored or unanswered. Model was shipped to the UK from France and the excuse given was distribution problems and brexit but I had ordered another model from a supplier in France on 22nd January and it arrived just 8 days later so I cannot accept this. After waiting six weeks I even had to demand my money back. I did get my model eventually but absolutely dreadful shocking customer service. I will never use them again and strongly suggest that anybody else think very hard before doing so either. A horrendous exercise in misery and pain.

Slecht! Geen andere woorden voor Ik heb 11-12-2020 mijn pakket geretourneerd en kreeg bericht van post nl dat pakket was afgeleverd op 16-12-2020. Na talloze emails heb ik tot op de dag van vandaag nog steeds mijn geld niet terug ik zal daarom hier ook nooit meer bestellen! Wat een slechte service

Ik kan niet spreken over de gang van zaken van deze webshop want ik zal hier nooit iets kopen. Deze gasten moeten zich eens goed aan hun hoofd voelen. Ik ben zelf een modelbouwer van (houten) schepen en de prijzen die zij zich durven te vragen gaat veel verder dan aan de dure kant. Dit is gewoon complete afzetterij en de schepen die zij verkopen heb je elders al voor de helft. Gewoon schandalig dat dit gewoon mag. Nogmaals ik weet niet hoe de afhandeling van bestellingen is of dat de prijs van andere producten lager is maar het loont zich zeker om elders te zoeken.

I am satisfied with the service. One day I received a paint color instead of another I notified her by email and a very honest arrangement was made. Another time I asked for advice over the phone and the lady took the time to provide me with the information and suggested other possibilities. The orders were delivered promptly and very well packaged.
