Delivery was prompt, especially considering that it was international, and the size of the order meant that I got free postage. It would be good to see more special offers on the site, but apart from that I am very happy with my order.

I have not gotten my last order. The order was for WWII US Army uniform rank insignia in 1/32 scale. The order was almost three weeks ago. Tracking information stated it had arrived in the USA

They meet the deadlines they give even when some of the products are not in stock and they say that it takes X time to arrive that time is realistic (my order had a product in replenishment that indicated between 2 and 4 weeks and effectively two weeks to send it).
Order received 1 week after scheduled delivery. But after contacting customer service very responsive and offered me a voucher for 5 euros! The products are very good q

I was very satisfied with the entire process. The shipment arrived within a reasonable time despite Corona. I liked the good selection. I was unable to fulfill all my wishes with other providers. I thought the packaging was very secure but a little too big. J.K.

An awful company that send me the wrong product and refuses to answer my mails or messages even though I even contacted them by phone. Money first customers last. Beware before buying anything from these people.

I got a notice of delivery due on 2/24/21 a couple of days later it was changed to 2/22/21 and I was thrilled. package finally arrived on 3/1/21. I was starting to worry but everything was in the box and well packed for the long trip. Would certainly use them again.
