You sent me the wrong order

I have not received my items nor have I received any indication that I will. Update: They did not bother reading my name and they sent me an additional email asking to complete my order for which I already paid.

Not your fault. USPS still hasn't delivered my package. It's been almost an entire month since I ordered it and it was supposed to be delivered on December 18th.

I have not yet received my package ordered on December 5th. It is now December 28th. I cannot get ahold of anybody in customer service. The phone number in Boston just rings and rings.

The delivered product was ok as described. The timing was not very fast but it is still related to the delivery time during the Christmas period this year (2020). So no problem at all. I don't give 5 stars because I had paid an extra 25€ to have a Gift Package with Message. However, not found the message inside the package and also the box was wrapped very roughly. Which forced me to redo the package from scratch.
