I ordered the 711 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd ...nothing on the 24th ...message informing me that I had refused the parcel ?? on the 30th the parcel was available again ...but nothing at the relay point. today the parcel is apparently available again ...third trip to the relay point (time taken out of my working hours) still nothing ... more to come next week .

Wrong product delivered. After a long correspondence with sending pictures and barcode of the wrongly delivered item and return to France on own account again the same wrong item delivered. Very bad.

I have not received my order. I was informed that it was shipped on November 19. Nine days later I complained and was told that I would receive it shortly. On November 30 I inquired at Correos and was told that the package had not been delivered by the sender. I complained again to 1001 and this time they told me that they will collect information which is what they should have answered in my first complaint.

On this site they offer items that they do not have in stock. When you pay for them the problems come and they hold your order until they receive the items. I placed an order on November 7th. On the 14th I received an email saying that my order had been dispatched via Colissimo. Today is the 25th and I still haven't received anything. The Colissimo website indicates that my order is being prepared by the sender or is being handled by them. Admittedly delivery times can be longer at the moment, but still ... What's more, you're unreachable on the phone and I can't log on to my customer area. Despite several attempts to reset my password, I have received nothing. It's the right e-mail address and I've checked the spam. I won't be recommending you and I'm considering taking action if I don't receive my order in the next few days.

I ordered 3 items and what i received were two correct items and one incorrect which i did not order Order number 6JUCCAC5F I received an item called PLA NAVY FLIGHT DECK CREW with item number CDM350003 but i ordered item number AHMM35-003 which is a Micro-Mir G7ET3 German Torpedo I tried to contact 100hobbies nl but the only thing i heard was a message machine I also send two emails but until this day i get no respond I paid arround 30 euros for something i did not order and i can not use I still have some good hopes that they will solve this problem and otherwise i have to go to the police to report this and take further steps

Product niet geleverd en geen geld terug. Fraudsters! I don't know where these people come from. Maar na een bestelling overduidelijk naar het verkeerde adres verzonden te hebben (het niet bestaande 413 in plaats van 41-3), komen ze niet terug met een oplossing. Zij hebben niet geleverd, maar geven ook niet het geld terug. Telefoonnummer werkt niet, mailen werkt niet. Zelfs een aangetekende brief komt terug omdat hun adres niet klopt. Edit: Op de factuur staat duidelijk 41-3. Dus wat hieronder wordt beweerd klopt niet.
