I didn’t receive an order confirmation email and had to chase for it. Products did arrive but there was an error with it. Asked for a refund and it was one. I would use them again bearing in mind these issues.0

Delivery took too long, search engine does not work well
Very mixed in this review. Ordered 4 items: Positive: Eduard prices great others fair Negative: part number error/description for ICM 72072. It’s I-16 type 18 and not 28 which is ICM 72073. Sorry didn’t receive described item. All 4 packages damaged with Italeri models box actually torn. Open and models themselves are okay. Received message after complaint and basically can return at shipping rate greater than cost of model.
I was a little disappointed with the quality of the models. The parts are smaller than I expected and some don't fit together well. 2 out of 3 paints were dry. I had to add a little water to try and make them usable, but it wasn't very good. I think it's expensive for what it is.
The site is very comprehensive, with lots of references. Easy navigation. Only drawback: delivery times are a little long.

I've had no news for two weeks and I've had a piece that isn't from !!!!
This latest order was a bit of a hiccup, as the product wasn't really in stock and the lead time was longer than normal, but this was announced at the outset and taken into account. The problem was that, apart from the automatic alerts activated when lead times were exceeded, it was difficult to get concrete feedback on the status of the order. The lead time "2 to 4 weeks" became 6 weeks: order on August 5, received on Sept. 18. But it's fine, just an impatient guy to deal with at home. I know supplies are complicated these days. Thanks to 1001 Hobbies for distributing COBI.
Navigation on the page and when searching for an article is confusing.
Very long delivery! I bought extra gift wrapping paper (worthy of a 2-year-old's wrapping paper) and a card with a note on it, which didn't exist! On the other hand, the model (fortunately) was in good condition.
Languages in store interface and emails are mixed (German, English, partly also French). Delivery was very fast, that's good! The products of Kromlech are unfortunately not so good, very irregular plastic, in some places material is missing (e.g. lower edge of shields).
Again with manufacturing defects! Rework required.
It's bad enough it takes days to gather the items for shipping but then they sent the items in a box when an envelope would have sufficed.
Too long a delay between order and delivery, even though the company is based in France..... Payment by PayPal subject to a "tax" (the only merchant site I know that practices it). Not to mention some lack of logic when ordering. In short, I am dissatisfied with this experience and will not order again.

Purchased items not in accordance with the description and photo.
When I received my order, there was a heavy glue fumes smell coming from the mailing envelope. I found that the contact cement tube had leaked in the envelope. The tube was still probably 90% percent full but perhaps a more protective mailing container is called for when mailing such supplies.
Long delay, but on the other hand the person on the phone was very kind.
The 1/48 scale pilot I spent $21 on did not even fit in the 1/48 scale model I was building. At least they sent it quickly.

Parcel arrived quite damaged, the three boxes of models were nicely stacked and flattened but the models were intact... Apart from that: good choice and price, fast delivery.

I know that the health context can explain a lot of things, but having said that, it took me a month to receive my order (with one of your competitors, the maximum delivery time I've ever experienced was 10 days). However, the order met my expectations.

They sent me the model with insufficient protection, and the box arrived to me quite squashed and with a huge hole. The boxes of the scale models are not very resistant cardboard, if you don't put that box in a more resistant external one, the "careful" guys of Correos or the parcel companies can crush the package quite a lot. I informed 1001hobbies of the incident and so far I have no answer.

The batman signal was perfect, but the description of the castle went nowhere. The toolkit was super handy though.

Received the wrong package but was corrected quickly
Good assortment, decent prices, poor shipping (long and uncertain time). Also at least twice in a month you have emailed me to point out a list of products in my cart, products that I had NEVER chosen. For an online sales business this is very negative. For everything I have purchased in two months you could give me a free gift or a 50% off coupon on my next purchase.
Order placed on 07/08/21 and received on 02/09/21 very long delays due to a part of my order that was not in stock this part ordered in duplicate ie tires it had only one part available in stock and the others were to return to stock on 19 and 24 therefore received my order without This part is still not in stock, so I think communication should be improved when there are stock problems, to avoid long waits. I would also like to point out that when my order was released, I received it the next day, so delivery was very quick.
