Delivery times not respected, waiting too long I waited 2 months, because some suppliers, but in this case, please indicate on your site, unavailable, instead of indicating 4 working days! so I would have ordered later!! some elements were missing, which I had ordered with paint that I had to buy elsewhere, on the other hand customer service is very courteous, and fast, which answered me where my order was. The paint, I have it in duplicate, it was expensive, I could not wait.
Ordered and arrived undamaged. Packaging great to protect the product. Only downside, lack of communication between order placed and delivery time not so fast. Needs improvement.
Order delivered incomplete 1 month later....Material delivered with assembly instructions in English and Chinese...To make you wait, we offer to recommend with 5% discount...and you are entitled to a credit of 0.99 E accident ????? I hope!

Packaging was very good. Fast delivery too. However, the paint bottles covered with warning labels, which when removed also rip the label off the bottle itself, are not great. I had to re-label all the paints by hand :/
You sent the package without indicating its contents or value on the customs document. As a result, Swiss customs blocked the parcel. I had to send them a copy of the order and proof of payment. This cost me 36.- CHF, so for an order of 53.00 € I paid over 115.- € including delivery and customs fees. Clearly, I'm not going to repeat the experience.
Hello The deplorable delivery, I was shouted at by the deliveryman, and the model the propellers broke.
Fast shipping, order conforms, but do not validate the delivery with mondial relay! Delivery not in the right place (50km from my home); packaging really destroyed! A bon entendeur !

Our order arrived in two instalments - which we appreciated - but with a delay of over a month, which was not expected. Then, thanks to our telephone intervention, we were able to obtain satisfactory explanations. Our satisfaction is mixed.
An item in my order arrived damaged, so I emailed them immediately but received no response. A follow up email to a different email address 4 days later with photos, invoice and delivery note also received no reply. I’ve sent 2 further emails to both customer service email addresses in the vain hope I can get the issue resolved but again I have received no reply to either. It's now 29 days after I received the order. I’ve no other option now than to lodge a complaint with Paypal. Good customer service isn’t difficult but it seems these guys haven’t even heard of it. Disappointed, as this is the first bad review I’ve ever left for a company.
Shipping charges for one item was $80.00 for a ten dollar item. I will not order again from this seller.

I was told there was a tracking number but it never work or said no such package.didn't like their response
Only 3 stars because the delivery took a little too long for my liking (and I didn't hear from 1001hobbies during that time) and although the cardboard packaging was undamaged, the box containing the model was damaged, but fortunately the contents were unharmed.
I placed an order on the 8th November, and one on the 9th November. One arrived quite quickly the other took over a fortnight to arrive
Very good on time ordering, especially if for a gift. Available article turns out to be from third party. At least then correct article arrived.
I am very satisfied with the service but not at all with the delivery time (25 days!).

Following an order placed on 18/10, I have only received part of my order and I am still waiting for the other part on 22/11. On the other hand, the full amount of the order was debited from my account on 19/10. No information until I contacted them by phone.
All products are very nice. Only thing is the HB-AO06167 is showing as die cast on the website. This is actually a model kit 🙁 Also, when I sent an email to inquire about the scale of the item HB-AO06167, I never received a response back.

On the product itself, it's OK, except that it was a return from a customer, so it's not new! It's OK, so we'll pass.... On the other hand, the advert to sell it stipulated, promo!! Free shipping, but in reality I had to pay €20 more..... And that's not glop !!!
Delivery date does not match what was on site (in stock). Received package only after more than 2 weeks.
Product was good, price was good. Delay in shipping ( due to current circumstances) ok, the bad part is the tracking process and there is no good contact customer service.
Generally ok but received an unexpected delivery cost of £68:51 which was not mentioned when i ordered. Also, USP demanded payment before handing over parcel, but they wouldn't accept a cheque (still legal tender) i don't do online banking and so had to find cash. pretty annoyed by both extra cost and UPS.
Finally delivered yesterday (long delay due to UPS and the broker in the UK messing about AFTER it had cleared customs. 1001 hobbies had already CHARGED me to use PayPal! Never had that before, from any supplier anywhere!! Then, on top of the VAT charged in France, I also got a massive import charge. So my order ended up being over £500+. I have to assume/hope the item will be 100% OK…not opened as it is a Christmas present. I don’t know if I could have ordered this anywhere else…but if I could have I would. Will never buy again from a seller that uses UPS, they let you down BADLY, so the whole experience was a bad one. Have never had so much messing about, and I ship from all over the world.

Order delivered on time but very disappointed by the contents of the box, badly deburred parts, brittle and difficult to assemble.I will not order any more products from this brand.very poor value for money.

Fine, but I made two orders a day apart, and the sum of the two gave me free delivery.... One was sent to my address and the other by mondial relais , with both delivery charges.... Go figure. Too bad.
Biblical times to get products , I had to solicit myself to get the available sent and get the missing refunded . You can not wait that long to get products
