Generally ok but received an unexpected delivery cost of £68:51 which was not mentioned when i ordered. Also, USP demanded payment before handing over parcel, but they wouldn't accept a cheque (still legal tender) i don't do online banking and so had to find cash. pretty annoyed by both extra cost and UPS.
Finally delivered yesterday (long delay due to UPS and the broker in the UK messing about AFTER it had cleared customs. 1001 hobbies had already CHARGED me to use PayPal! Never had that before, from any supplier anywhere!! Then, on top of the VAT charged in France, I also got a massive import charge. So my order ended up being over £500+. I have to assume/hope the item will be 100% OK…not opened as it is a Christmas present. I don’t know if I could have ordered this anywhere else…but if I could have I would. Will never buy again from a seller that uses UPS, they let you down BADLY, so the whole experience was a bad one. Have never had so much messing about, and I ship from all over the world.

Order delivered on time but very disappointed by the contents of the box, badly deburred parts, brittle and difficult to assemble.I will not order any more products from this brand.very poor value for money.

Fine, but I made two orders a day apart, and the sum of the two gave me free delivery.... One was sent to my address and the other by mondial relais , with both delivery charges.... Go figure. Too bad.
Biblical times to get products , I had to solicit myself to get the available sent and get the missing refunded . You can not wait that long to get products

Hello, I had ordered the DS 19 for the 60 years of citroen, included in the box the convertible ref: 80795. In your quote it is still there and you have sent the ref;1000567950 hardtop, too bad I want the convertible.
The products were as ordered, but it took a week to arrive, one package came perfect and the other completely dented.

Used your website I clearly selected the item I desired but unfortunately there is a mistake with the website so very disappointed this has happened. I also think the website should have a language selection I like France but too much French language on website. More language friendly please!!!
Shipping and timing are good, but i find some products completely overpriced!....having chosen an item at the time on the market "out-of stock" I paid, in my opinion, dearly for the exclusivity.....Naturally all with my own knowledge.
I bought a model for more than 60€ and it leaves something to be desired for the price it cost. I paid 6€ for shipping and about 3€ for it to come gift wrapped, and it took longer than estimated (when at the time of purchase no one warned about it or put it on the website, then already put it in the item description), and the wrapping was a crappy wrapping paper with nothing else.
Very bad just remember your not accepting gift card number GCR40A71065, you could not find it your records and it cost my 53,29 eurs for a 23,00 eur kit. i find your company to be a sham and will now delete my account and any further emails will be sent spam. please do not try to answer as you get no reply.

Note on your site when items are not available immediately
I had to wait far too long (almost a month) for my order to be dispatched, even though the product was supposed to be in stock (marked as available)... What's more, the prices weren't very competitive. The main advantage of this site is the wide range of products on offer, which you can't necessarily find elsewhere.

I ordered two pots of model paint, one of which was fine, but the other contained paint with a strange texture that was impossible to mix, resulting in a lumpy, non-flowing mass that could not be used.
Navigation difficult and not intuitive, everything else ok!
Long waiting period and truck smaller than expected.
I think it is a good place to buy, my first experience has had some problems but I think they were exceptional and quickly solved when I reported the problem.
Unfortunately very late delivery , after calling customer service they tell me they had not been restocked and could not ship it to me on time . Ok however at least they could have warned with an email about the delay . When they sent it to me it arrived quickly , I hope it does not happen to others .

Delivery took too long, search engine does not work well
Very mixed in this review. Ordered 4 items: Positive: Eduard prices great others fair Negative: part number error/description for ICM 72072. It’s I-16 type 18 and not 28 which is ICM 72073. Sorry didn’t receive described item. All 4 packages damaged with Italeri models box actually torn. Open and models themselves are okay. Received message after complaint and basically can return at shipping rate greater than cost of model.
I was a little disappointed with the quality of the models. The parts are smaller than I expected and some don't fit together well. 2 out of 3 paints were dry. I had to add a little water to try and make them usable, but it wasn't very good. I think it's expensive for what it is.
The site is very comprehensive, with lots of references. Easy navigation. Only drawback: delivery times are a little long.

I've had no news for two weeks and I've had a piece that isn't from !!!!
This latest order was a bit of a hiccup, as the product wasn't really in stock and the lead time was longer than normal, but this was announced at the outset and taken into account. The problem was that, apart from the automatic alerts activated when lead times were exceeded, it was difficult to get concrete feedback on the status of the order. The lead time "2 to 4 weeks" became 6 weeks: order on August 5, received on Sept. 18. But it's fine, just an impatient guy to deal with at home. I know supplies are complicated these days. Thanks to 1001 Hobbies for distributing COBI.
