I placed an order on December 19 2020. I paid a lot of money for express delivery and upon placing my order received a confirmation email indicating that my order would arrive on December 24 2020. I am still waiting for my order on January 2 2021. Order tracking does not work. I get an error message indicating that this service is unavailable. I do not think I will order from them again.
